In this episode, Natalie has a very, very special guest – Paula Bailey. They discuss what the better together message really means and what Bailey Enterprises is going to be up to in 2021. The better together message is about community, unity and belonging and the mission for Bailey Enterprises has been, from the very beginning, to eradicate loneliness and their current development project of 30 units will have communal areas that will bring people together because people gravitate to other people and being able to get together creates the community and belonging that people crave.
