Episode description
A year and five days ago Natalie had a car accident on the way to the gym in Barbados and in this episode she reflects on what it really meant to have a near-death experience.
At the time she didn’t comprehend the trauma of the incident but it changed her life and journey over the past year.
She discusses what’s really important and why you should be grateful every day for those in your life because ultimately nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. Everyone has one life so living it with joy and being at peace with yourself is the only way to move forward

It’s traumatic when you realise that you could have lost your life and it's given me a lot to think about
It’s given me a lot of gratitude and a lot to be grateful for
There was a compound effect from the many things that happened
You never know what’s going to happen in life
If you get the opportunity to do something you should because you never know what's around the corner
Tomorrow never comes and you need to get out there and experience life
If you have a bad experience and things don’t work out then learn from it
Do everything you can to be happy because you only have one life
Take time to process things that happen
Without the challenges, you don’t appreciate the good things in your life
