Episode description

Anger generally comes down to us hating in others what we hate in ourselves and/or hating in others what we wish we had inside of ourselves.

Oftentimes parents deal with getting angry with their kids because they see something they hate inside of themselves.

Parents will, out of love, want to help their children avoid the pains they experienced in life.  This even happens with employer and employee relationships.

I did into that as well as the following, in a lot more depth in this episode.

The other area is when we see something we value in someone else and we get angry with them, because we're angry we don't have what they have.

Again, this is covered in greater depth in this episode.  I hope you'll listen in and share it with someone who could use it to understand their own or maybe even your anger.
