Have you ever found yourself tangled in a web of 'what ifs' about the future, frantically trying to predict and solve problems that haven't even occurred yet? Well, you're not alone.  Been there, done that, and wrote the damn book on it!

On today's solo episode of Mindfully Moody, I, Sara, take you through the transformative realization that the only moment we truly have is now. I'm getting real about how we waste precious present time worrying about future scenarios—whether it's anxiety about a work presentation or the maze of a new relationship.

I've literally spent HOURS, DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS of my life worried about the problems that may arise for future me. And I had an awakening recently that all this is doing is keeping me in a web of stress, anxiety, and fear.

Join me as we strip away the layers of anticipation that keep us from engaging with the here and now. I share insights on why we get mired in future fears and offer a powerful mantra to carry with you: "Stop trying to solve future you's problems."

It's a journey through trusting your own creativity, resourcefulness, and capacity to handle what life throws at you. Rather than spending your precious time worrying about the future, start to build TRUST in the future version of yourself. You will know how to solve the problems when you get there.

By the end of this episode, you'll feel a sense of freedom from urgency and timelines, and you'll be empowered to believe in your ability to figure out the future as it unfolds, one present moment at a time.

We want to share with you our  FREE Self Doubt Workbook with you, so that you can push past limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and fears to arrive at a place of self-acceptance and self-love. What's up y'all ? Welcome back to Mindfully Moody . This is the mini mood , our Friday series , where we just bring you small doses of wisdom , magic intuition , our channel downloads that we are feeling in the moment . So I have a channeled message to share with you Stop trying to solve future use problems . How does that resonate with you ?

How does that resonate with you ? Okay , I literally just had to get that out right away .

This is Sarah , by the way , I'm recording a solo episode and this is just something that I am really feeling right now , as I've been cultivating more presence in my life , releasing the need for urgency , releasing the connection to timelines and expectations , and I have really been thinking about how much time I spend thinking about the future .

And it's okay to think about the future in terms of visualization and figuring out what you desire . Listen , I'm all about it . I love it . Where I'm drawing the line in my life and I know where a lot of us need to draw the line is trying to solve future use problems . Okay , because the only moment is right now .

And even when you think about visualization and all these things and I love again , I love visualization , but it puts us in that mindset of the future and the only moment we have is today . So why are you trying to solve your problems in the future ?

And what this makes me think of is when I used to be in corporate and I would Hannah relates to this so much too and I would be having to present , like a big project , a big recommendation to a client when I worked in advertising and I would for so long have so much anxiety about the presentation .

Oh my God , I would literally be like you know anxiety , anxiety , anxiety . What if it goes wrong ? What if I mess up ? What if I say something wrong ? What if they ask me a question and I don't know how to answer ? Like all of these freaking things , y'all . Okay that I would think about that . I would start trying to think about solutions to all of them .

I would start trying to solve future me's problems all the time . I also relate this to like dating .

Like you know , when you're talking to your girlfriend and it's like you're dating a new guy , or like maybe you've been seeing someone for a few months and now , like you know , you have like your first little fight , or like disagreement or whatever , and you're like , how's it going to respond ?

What's he going to say if I say this blah blah , blah blah , and you get in this whole thing with your girlfriend for hours and hours and hours about how well , what if he says this , then what would I say ? What if he says that ? Then what would I say ?

And it's like you're literally talking about something that has never even happened , like the future is a projection . We are just projecting what we think is going to happen in the future , but it is not .

Our projections that we're thinking of in our brain are not always connected to reality , so you could sit there and you could think about how you're going to craft the response text to the guy you've never even texted yet , based on all of these certain situations , or dissecting what , why he's feeling the way that he's feeling , or what he's gonna do next , or

how he's gonna show up , or what the date's gonna be like . Why , though ? Why are you getting so in the future , future , future ? I feel like people really need to freaking hear this right now , like I lived in this for so long , and I still do in many ways . What's it gonna be like when this happens in my life ? What's it gonna be like ?

Well , what if this situation happened . What if that situation happened ? What , oh my gosh ? What I love about coaching is that we stand behind the idea that all people are creative , resourceful and whole and know how to solve their own problems . Okay , that's like big part of why I got into coaching .

I believe , as a coach , that you can solve all of your problems , because your most wise , intuitive answers cannot be given to you by anyone else other than you . So what would it look like to start trusting your future self that , no matter what happens in the future , you're gonna figure it out ? No worries , you are gonna figure it out .

Wow , what a freaking . If the guy text you something , you're gonna figure it out . If you get a , your boss puts a one on one on your calendar because you did something wrong , you're gonna figure it out . If you know you aren't able to pay your rent because of X , y and Z , you're gonna figure it out .

Believe in future you , because future you Knows how to solve the problems that future you is experiencing . And future you and get out of your mind from the future , get into your body . That's the best thing about embodiment is that it puts you in the present moment .

How are you gonna get embodied , go dance , go move your body , go breathe , go meditate , go journal , go be with your partner , your friend , your family member , go to a concert , go out in nature , go do something that puts you in the present moment . I love you . I hope this was resonant with you .

Literally , my notebook with all of my incredible downloads just fell on the floor and it was like bam baby , you said what you needed to say , so thank you so much for listening . We'll be back with you soon .
