So let's talk about what it means to be in these different kind of stages of change , to then transition to a transformative mindset . You're initially going to take actionable steps and I'll talk a lot more about this in the 10 as of transformation , but let's think of it as your previous past . You make those actionable steps .
I then go toward trying to solve problems and that's like a maintenance of where I want to be . I intend to take more action at some point and that's preparing , preparing , and I intend on taking action in the next six months and contemplating making a change .
So you really want to understand where you lie in these changes and how do you want to contemplate making those steps . Is it going upward , going downward in your life and are you ready to do that ?
And we , as providers and clients and clinicians and healthcare enthusiasts , we're trying to see and analyze the story of others and where they want to be and how are they right now . So I'm meeting you in this conversation of where do you want to be right now , where do you want to see yourself and what does that look like ?
Maybe you're not ready to do more or maybe right now it's just this conversation of you just listening within and talking with me , or just sitting with a loved one , family friend , whatever that may be for you , but make it sure that you find some accountability for yourself . Have an assistant , buddy or such and we'll go further into this more at another time .
