Hi , how are you so talking again really about the word and mindfulness in how you present your words and discussion of the word change and the word transformation , and where do you want that to apply in your life and what does that mean ? Like everybody is talking about how they want to make changes to their health care .
They want to make changes for the better and they want to do this . Yes , I want you to have mindful steps every day so that you are better . I want you to make different small steps and changes to be measurable . But you know that's reactive , that's thinking about a past and a future .
I want you to sit kind of in the present and reset what your thoughts are and how can that be expansive and reflective on where you want to be , not just okay , I'm going to lose 10 pounds . How is it going to make you feel to lose 10 pounds ?
How is it going to make you feel to have a better relationship with a friend , a loved one , and how are you going to direct that and the journey that it will take you to get there ? Are you able to really self-reflect and reset and become expansive , explorative and enjoying ?
So the change making is there and that's part of the equation , but I would like you to see a transformative change in your present moment or reflection on who you are bringing out our creativity and process driven to become your own change beyond , and that's where the transformative part comes in .
So for me , when I discuss it points and you'll hear when my book comes out of stress transformation not that it's all bad , but understanding that the change is a process through transformation and where you want to be is that joy and expansion , exploration , and how do you want to get and how do you want to be presented into the world .
I don't want to just make a difference . I want to leave this world with having shown how to transform things individuals , myself and life in the most joyous and pleasant way and understanding where I am right now and being okay that moment and being okay previous past and seeing where that future will hold you .
