So today I'm talking about just some quick pain relief options , and it's just three . So we're going to talk about breath work .
Uh , ways to with breath work would be diaphragmatic breathing I have videos on that , so if you want to check them out on YouTube , diaphragmatic breathing , gentle stretching , yoga , incorporating child's pose , cat cow and a little bit of pelvic tilt and movement in the lower abdominal area .
And then I also love hot compresses , castor oil or a heating pad because of the inflammatory response , usually in the abdominal area or the uterus area . Now , um , for my endometriosis that I suspect I'm not fully sure I have it in my back , my ribs and like all down my leg . I think it's probably just . You know , I'm probably one of the nerves .
