Hey there , welcome to this outdoor meditation journey . Today I'm taking you on a serene adventure through the woods and by the lake . Find a comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down , close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out . Feel the ground beneath you solid and supportive .

Imagine you're in a lush forest , tall trees surround you , their leaves dancing gently in the breeze . You can hear the soft rustling of leaves , the chirping of birds and the distant sound of a flowing stream . Let these sounds guide you deeper into relaxation . As you breathe in , imagine you're inhaling the fresh , crisp forest air .

Feel it fill your lungs , revitalizing your body and mind . As you exhale , let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to . Picture it melting away like morning dew in the sunlight . Now imagine walking through the forest , each step grounding you more and more . The path is soft , beneath your feet , covered in a carpet of fallen leaves .

Notice the vibrant greens around you , the way sunlight filters through the branches , casting dappled shadows on the ground . Eventually , you come to a clearing where a beautiful , serene lake awaits you . The water is calm and still reflecting the sky above . Find a spot by the water's edge and sit down . Listen to the gentle lapping of the water against the shore .

Imagine dipping your hand into the cool , refreshing water . Feel the sensation of the water against your skin , soothing and calming . Take a moment to appreciate this peaceful scene the lake , the trees , the sky , all in perfect harmony . Know that you can return to this place of tranquility whenever you need to . It's always here for you , a sanctuary within yourself .

When you're ready , begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings , wiggle your fingers and toes , take a deep breath in and out and , when you feel ready , open your eyes .
