S1 Ep 6 : Finding yourself again after burnout

In this episode Portia Chambers shares her personal journey story of hitting burnout in her thriving business and how she healed, to find herself once more. She shares what she experienced both emotionally and physically as well as some of the tools she has used to heal so far.  Portia is the owner and CEO of a boutique social media agency, Portia Chambers Digital Marketing Inc. that focuses on helping small businesses owners navigate their way through social media with strategy and mindset. In the last two years, she has grown her business immensely and has learned a lot of life lessons along the way. In February 2022, Portia launched The WE Experience. A place where women can land softly and fully embrace who they are; the good, the bad and the ugly. The WE Experience also includes a collaborative blog where women share moments in their life that have left them breathless.
