Louisa is a clinical psychologist Dr Louisa Casselden is a Clinical who has worked in the NHS for over ten years in both adult and childrens services. She provides psychological assessment, consultation and treatment for young people and their families, using a variety of psychological therapies including CBT, ACT and CFT as well as attachment based parenting approaches.
Louisa also has a small private practice where she works with adults and young people with a range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, complex post traumatic stress, complicated grief or loss, eating and body image issues and interpersonal difficulties. She creates a warm and supportive environment for people to make sense of difficulties they are having, helping them to create meaningful, positive change and develop skills to overcome their mental health challenges.
