Episode description

Remember when we all thought quarantine was going to last 2 weeks? A month, tops? Well, as we enter a winter still in some form of quarantine, we're talking about how to stay mentally fit during this ongoing pandemic.

Dr. Gail Saltz is joining us today, she is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry with The New York Presbyterian Hospital and a psychoanalyst at The New York Psychoanalytic Institute.

Listen as she talks with Dr. Holly about building resiliency, mourning loss and dealing with uncertainty, the pros and cons of telehealth, how to navigate the upcoming holidays and alcohol intake.
