Episode description

Pippi the Schipperke Puppy learns to be kind to herself and others. She has to learn to clean her toys, deal with her grumpy brother Norman and learn to pay attention during obedience school. She uses meditative and self compassion tools.
The story is read by Dr. Elisabeth Paige and the music is composed and played by Natalie Hagwood on cello and Casey Lipska on string bass.
Some of the material is based on the work of Kristen Neff.
