Using the idea of a coffee shop, the father-son duo discuss how a business, or a church, grow over time, establish a culture and a following, and how with growth and change the ability to stay consistent defines the culture. They ask what is a megachurch? How do the cultures of different cities and towns translate in the to the culture of the church? Through these parallels they reflect on the origins and foundations of Mosaic's culture, and cast vision for the future of Mosaic.
