Matt Lionetti is a content creator and realtor with Century 21. Previous to getting in to real estate, Matt was a touring musician playing stages from Dundas Square in Toronto to The Viper Room in Hollywood. His outgoing personality and passion for entertaining led him to his unique style of marketing and sharing comedic videos on social media to promote his real estate business. Seeing the oversaturated, typical marketing strategies on social media, Matt knew he wanted to break the mold and not be seen as just another realtor. Matt’s honest approach to content creation is saying what nobody else will and putting himself in vulnerable, comedic situations.
