MW Talk LA - Words are Powerful with Thought Leader Liz Hernandez

At WeWork Culver City in Los Angeles, Millennial Women hosted its third live podcast event with the founder of WORDAFUL Liz Hernandez. Founders Melissa and Stephanie Carcache, as well as, women in the audience participated in an active discussion about the power of words.

During the talk, Liz describes how and why she created WORDAFUL, a content series focused on the importance of our words. She also delves into mindfulness, morning rituals, and, of course, the power of words. Women in the audience shared their feelings towards self-betterment and shared communication challenges they have faced in their everyday lives.
