16: Book review - Crushing it by Gary Vaynerchuck

Gary Vaynerchuck is the founder of Vayner Media an advertising agency in New York but notably a loud promotor of the “hustle” youtube. He has made 1000’s of pieces of content with practical advice on how to crush it in life and business. His claim to fame is that he turned his parents $3 million wine store business into a $60 million business. He did this by creating a wine tasting vlog on YouTube where he personally responded to his audience questions. He used Social media, in this case, Youtube to grow a business Social media is a game changer that has exploded. Anyone can now broadcast to a mass audience. Gary’s advice consists of 3 parts: inspiration, one part strategy, and one part tactics and this is reflected in this book.
