All right. Well, welcome back, Rod. We are here again to do another mini recording mini episode. And this one came about because we were seeing some things that look like the hand of God in nature and in the world, and it connected back to something from almost a year ago that happened in Argentina. So I sent you a few videos, and I'll put those links in the description of this many
episode. The first one was Saint Peter's statue in Argentina in the hometown of the Pope in Buenos Aires that was struck by lightning, I think, almost a year ago. And then. And so that was a Jonathan Cahn video that he had put out months ago and another of his videos just recently talking about four lightning strikes in the United States at the same time just a few days ago on New Year's Eve 2024.
And then we see the fires in LA and Hollywood and obviously lightning and fires and things can be coincidental and random, but when they line up in ways that are statistically improbable, we start to go is God trying to get our attention right? Yeah, I mean crying out and sparing not comes to mind because the videos you sent me really going through like, you know, some Jonathan Cahn stuff and and and it doesn't end there.
There's so much going on and when you look at it and you know, you know what day we're in, just like Jesus said in the Old Testament, he's like, you can look up and know the weather and know what kind of day it's going to be. Or can you check the spiritual climate? You know, can you know what season you're actually in? Are you in tune with the Father? Are you seeking it out or hiding
your head in the sand? And I don't I don't say that to be harsh, but crying out and sparing, not here we are. Isaiah 58 one talks about this. God's giving a direct order to the prophet to speak boldly without holding back to the people of Israel. I'm not insinuating, Pete, that you or I are cloaked in a command from God as Isaiah was. But I think it's pretty clear that we're Watchmen on the wall and we are a part of the body of Christ.
And one of our duties is if we see it, we can't help but bring it up. So telling others, speaking out and just warning of these things. You know, I'm actually really interested in you kind of, you know, breaking down and talking a little bit more about these these signals and the interconnected activities that have been going on. I think this is an important time for us to open up our spiritual ears and our physical
ears, you guys. Yeah, I think the overarching theme or one of them could be just to be paying attention. And so we invite everyone listening to be paying attention to the signs and the seasons and come to your own conclusion with the Holy Spirit's guidance, asking for discernment on these things. So let's start with the first one from almost a year ago in Argentina.
So this lightning strike took place the day before the Pope was set to announce a decree where they were going to bless as a Catholic Church, worldwide Catholic Church, they were going to bless the union of same sex couples for the first time. And so this lightning strike happened on December 17th, 2023, the day before he was going to make that announcement, which he
did the next day. And what Jonathan Cahn points out in the video is very interesting and fascinating and dire because Saint Peter is said in Catholic thought to be the first Pope. And so, you know, here you have the modern Pope standing in that office, so to speak. The statue had a Halo that was struck by the lightning. The Halo course rod that symbolizes holiness right? The Halo was removed by the lightning.
He had the keys. If you remember Jesus saying I give you the keys of the Kingdom, those key, the keys were stripped away as was his right hand, which right hand is a symbol of power. And so the keys might be likened to authority, Jonathan says. So you have holiness removed where the Catholic Church, its leader, is blessing something
that God calls sin. And in no uncertain terms, can you have a lightning strike and remove the Halo and the keys and the right hand the day before that announcement, and I think Jonathan even said there were lightning rods. Around 2 of them, he mentions yeah, around that statue to yeah, to protect it. And then he does talk about the number of times that a strike would happen typically across the board with statues like this.
And he, you know, he says out of, you know, 52 weeks in a year, the greatest possibility or at least recorded outcomes are I think it was like there's 20 some odd weeks, you know, that add up to strike ability, right? And then he gets down into the nitty gritty of the likelihood. It's like, I don't know, 10 or 15 times out of a calendar year that a strike could land within the vicinity of the area.
So for this thing to hit the Halo, to hit the hand that represents power, the right hand and the keys, all in these specific time slots, these unique days, I'm very interested in this beat. So, so connecting that now to the next thing which happened not long ago, it's the 14th of January today, 2025 as we record. So just a little over two weeks or two weeks exactly December 31st and there were 4 lightning strikes. I didn't know this happened, but if you Google it, it's in the
news. Two of them in Washington, DC, 2 of them in New York. So we have the seat of power and government, and we have the seat of culture. And so the strikes hit the Capitol building in Washington as well as the Washington Monument. And I know a lot of you listeners out there are probably going to know about the occult orientation of so many things in Washington DC, the free Masonic things and symbolism. And the the Washington Monument is no exception.
I think if you count it's below ground base, it's like 666 exactly. So they they use 66 sixes all over the place. And then in New York, 2 strikes at the same exact time at the Freedom Tower, which was built in place of the Twin Towers and the Empire State Building. So to have all four of those on the eve of 2025 at the same time
seems very significant. And it was Barack Obama who actually paraphrased Isaiah 910 and Han wrote on one of the top beams of the Freedom Tower when they rebuilt that he paraphrased Isaiah 910, saying we rebuild, we become stronger, we build
back stronger. And that's exactly what Isaiah 910 was when Israel was judged for their going after other gods, that they said the bricks have fallen down, but we're going to rebuild with stone and the fig trees have fallen down, but we're going to replace them with Cedars.
And that was actually uttered by the Senate Majority Leader the very next day after 911. So here you have that building, the Freedom Tower being struck, Empire State Building, Capitol in Washington, as well as the Washington Monument. I'm I'm to the point in life where nothing is a coincidence. You know, I see patterns. Everything is multi layered to me. Literal, figurative, parabolic. I mean, I see a lot of different things going on here. In a nutshell, pay attention to the signs.
Pay attention because these things are not coincidences when they happen like this and we have to say OK, is God trying to get our attention? If these things have continued, these signs have continued. You can go back and read Jonathan Cahn's bestseller The Harbinger where September 11th, 2001 had all nine of the same harbingers, which which means warnings. The same 9 warnings that Israel had were replayed in New York and across the country. To say this is this is not a coincidence.
God is actually using His signature again. And Fast forward 20 some years. Have we as a nation, as a people, as a government, as a culture, have we moved closer to God's ways, more in line with Him, or farther away?
I mean, it does remind me, Pete, where Jonathan was saying that, you know, in the Scriptures it says blessing the seed of Abraham, blessing God's people comes with that protection and blessing over not only that individual, but I mean the household, your business, a lot of things. And he does talk about this darkened state of people that are really against God's, you know, the apple of his eye at the end of the age because like it's written right there in the word. We can't argue it.
I'm not anti-Semitic at all. Let's let that be known. I'm very interested in the verses that say he draws every language, tribe, nation and tongue unto himself and even some of the research not to go down this rabbit trail too far here, but you know, different tribes that were scattered, you know, and what the what that looks like.
So for me, I what's jumping right now is as we're paying attention to the signs, we're also paying attention to the word of God and we're making sure we're blessing what he says to bless in order to have that security and protection. Because this can kind of be viewed as one of these things where God is allowing things to be rattled up and shaken up in order for repentance, like like genuine heart posture,
repentance to come about. Because it just seems like it's that type of storm where God is about his glory and he's setting the stage for those who belong to him to get closer and for those who were wayward, well to go further down that path it seems the most. Yeah, it's interesting you said
the word shaken. I've been going through Hebrews now for a few weeks with a couple guys, and in chapter 1227 it says yet once more indicates the removal of things that are shaken, that is, things that have been made in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. Wow. So there is a great, yeah, there is a great falling away that's coming. We don't know when. We don't know how long a window of time God is going to give us grace.
But it's shortening. It's shortening every day and we as we as people who claim to be the people of God, to represent his name, to do it well, and to stand up lovingly in the culture for the precepts of God as well. Well, if I may just kind of add,
add this little bit here. You know, I'm looking at the great falling away and just some explanations that the web has for it and and I know that the great apostasy that some of you may read, depending on your translation, that does insinuate that there are a stock of believers that are operating within the truth. Apostasy is like crooked and perverse from the perspective they were on the right track and
then it becomes twisted. So the great following way is a prophecy of a widespread rejection of God's truth and the gospel by professed Christians. It is known as the Great Apostasy. Some of the explanations go man of sin. The Antichrist will be revealed before the day. The falling away is a time of tribulation, deception, and rebellion. The falling away will be characterized by hollow religious charlatans. The falling away will get worse
as Christ's return approaches. Just a couple of the explanations I'm reading from from the site here, but I just thought I'd throw that in there. The great apostasy and your verse. You know, Hebrews 12/6 goes on to mention also Pete, for whom the Lord loves. He, he disciplines and He scourges every son whom he
receives. So what you were talking about in Hebrews 27/12/27, It's interesting that like the sheep and the goats are kind of the wheat and the tares are kind of getting shaken up like this is intentional. Yeah. And it's for our good. It's for our redemption. And I think, you know, we were talking off air earlier. A harbinger is a warning. You don't send a warning unless you care about those that you're warning. So God cares about America and
our culture. And as we're going to talk about in a couple minutes, he cares about LA and Hollywood and the people involved there. He loves them. He loves them enough to warn them and send warnings. But are our hearts so callous and hard that we don't see it? Much of our culture is hopefully not his children. But that's why I kind of felt compelled to, to do this mini recording. You know, it was George Washington that that made a famous quote.
And it I believe it was at or near Ground Zero in New York where the capital used to be. In his inaugural address, he said the smiles of heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which heaven itself has ordained. You know, say what you want about Washington and, you know, possible, you know, Freemasonry or all sorts of other things that go on.
That quote stands the test of time that he understood or at least proclaimed that we can't expect God's blessings if we continue shaking our fist in his face. And unfortunately, as the third link I sent to you, Rod of Ray Comfort recently mentioned the Golden Globe Awards where they yet again mock God. They had a a scoreboard up there of, I don't know, some sort of tally of approval or, or shout
outs. And and they said and God, the creator of the universe 0 no mentions, no, no appreciation for him. And less than two days later, interestingly enough, and we're not claiming that it's a connection, but it is interesting less than two days later the the fires are started. And you know, my Co host and brother Luke has sent me a link from his church with John Kilpatrick Church of his presence. And they had a prophet on there just this past Sunday.
And the word that the profit got for 2025 was fire. And he he even said a Decapolis, Decapolis, I think he said like 10 cities. So it'd be interesting to see what happens this year. But man, we have a window of time here. But there are this same prophet said a couple things. Darkness. So is evil until one day it crosses a line and it reaps. But the other thing he said was America has Young Lions coming to take back the nation for the Kingdom of God.
And I, I, I think you see that Rod, you're not too far from my age, but you see it in a young generation. It's not not wanting to put up with this agenda anymore of our culture. Yeah, I mean, it's it's clear as day. You know, I won't get into details, but I received a really interesting phone call this past weekend. We were visiting some family out of town, so we're in Jersey and I decided to go take about a 1520 minute ride so I could look at the New York City skyline.
Takes about 15 minutes where where some of her family is. Perth Amboy for anybody who's familiar with with the area, one of the bridges that goes into, what is it, Staten Island. But anyway, I screwed up a little bit and you know, I, I, I'm driving along and just looking at New York City has a certain feel to it. Let's put it that way.
And you know, this is where this Ground Zero with all these UA PS these aerial phenomenons have been taking place, these unidentified sky riders, whatever you want to call them, man. I mean, there's we could create some fun nicknames that are multi layered for what's going on up there. But, you know, I get a phone call and I've talked with a lot of very interesting people off
there. But this is a a a gentleman from Hollywood who's worked on The Avengers films, who's worked on, you know, some really big projects that everybody would know about. And I'm not going to go on to share too many details. But as I'm speaking with them and I got my headset on and I'm just driving and looking at New York City and it's just like I'm having a moment. There's just like this. It's hard to put a whisper of marvelous things to come. I could say it like that.
And the gentleman is saying to me, Rod Hollywood has been burning up before these fires started. It's pretty wild on the inside. He's like the money's depleting. People are, you know, kind of stabbing each other in the back and in between the lines, kind of saying it's dead there. And, you know, this guy is saying, you know, I, I believe in Christ and I've seen it for a long time. And I just wanted to say we see you and we hear you.
Thank you for your humility, your gentleness and, and, and the way that you go about doing the stuff. And I'm just, I'm having a moment then, Pete, you know, because all of this stuff is going on and, you know, it makes me think like the the great falling away is, well, there's many that are religious institution, religious minded that are just man. They're riding a wave out and there's a new wave of anointing comments for these Young Lions, as I hear it said. And just, you know, the
righteous are bold as lions. The Bible says. And it also warns us that the Kingdom of heaven suffers violence and that violent men have taken it by force. The rider on the White Horse has a sword in his mouth. Are we speaking out the word of God? Are we clinging on to the word of God in these days? Are we blessing what is eternally to be blessed and inherited by the Lord? You know, life and death is in
the power of the tongue. And the reason I'm kind of winding down with this is because we're looking at the reality of it's my duty and your duty to cry out and spare not we need to be standing consistently firm in his ways teachable because none of us are perfect. All of us have fallen short and we're paying attention to the signs and we're praying.
So if God is sending people that that are going to be a part of a harvest man, what a time to be alive that we would say Lord, are the nobodies becoming somebodies and the somebodies becoming nobodies because of your mark that is upon those who belong to you. You know, Pete, it's so many emotions fill me right now. It's I do no justice in trying to depict depict them to you in the audience, but I just want to encourage you guys to continue to pray.
Keep a humble posture, you guys, you know, you've heard it said that only the strong survive. Well, only the humble and the meek will survive. The Bible says the meek will inherit the earth. And I just want to honor you and thank you, man, for, you know, just the consistency of building together and learning from each other. You know, it's, it's really a great opportunity to be able to jump out in these airwaves and continue to share the truth and
plant seeds and water seeds. So, Pete, thank you. Oh, you're welcome, Rod. Thanks for being here. Yeah, guys. So just, you know, take this to the Lord in prayer. Let the Holy Spirit lead you on what these things may or may not mean. But as Rod said, let's tell others, let's stand firm in God's ways to firm up our own resolve, our own allegiance, obedience, all of those things. Let's be paying attention to the signs and let's be praying. God is not through with America,
that's for sure. Even though dark times might be coming. There seems to be a window before the judgments become much more dire. But that window is growing short. So let's not test the Lord's grace, but but walk in it and tell others that it is yet available while we draw breath. So thanks, Rod. Appreciate you coming on with me. It's always an honor.
