Welcome back to the Millennial Mustard Seed. I am your host, Rod and thank you for being here with me. This is a mini one. I'm only going to take a couple minutes here to do some announcements. First thing I'd like to talk about is the book update. It is live and published and I'm going to have a link in the details of the show notes as to where you guys can go purchase yourself a copy of my newest book.
The words are salt. We've got an excellent feedback with the people who've read it. So far all of the poetry that I've included in this first book, Bodies, is in there. I've gotten a ton of emails from people all around the world on reading that poem on a episode I did with Carly a couple months
ago. So I've been working on this and I did one announcement prior months back at the end of an episode for the people who listened all the way through letting you guys know I was writing a book and that it was in the final stages. Well, at this point in time, this is the first time I'm publicly announcing it is published live and available. I'd really appreciate it if you guys would get yourself a copy. If you're asking why is it not
available on Kindle for example. But because I want you guys to have a paper copy just in case, you never know and this is the kind of book you can sit with. Reflect on any blank pages that are left in there or semi intentional. There's not many pages like that, but when you see one or half page, feel free to write in it, make it personal with you.
This is a bit of a game changer for me personally because it's kind of like letting go of something that's so precious to you and through many troubled nights. I wrote these poems for the last couple years. His way was written in 2019. In parts I was being woken up at 3:00 in the morning most nights and into 2020 and I would write just a fragment of that poem. We have some endorsements in the 1st 2 pages. I'm just going to take a minute to read those two endorsements for the book here.
The first one is from Doctor Laura Sanger, who, if you're new to this podcast, is the author of The Roots of the Federal Reserve. She's a friend of the show she's been on a number of times and will be appearing here in the very near future again. But this is what she had to say about the words are solved. The first time I heard the poem his way was at the end of an interview on the Millennial Mustard Seed podcast. As Rod read it aloud, I was transposed into the presence of our Redeemer.
I burst into worship and knew in my spirit that this poem would extend far and wide, calling the wayward home in the faithful hire. These poems come from a deep well of worship within Rod's heart, cultivated by intimate communion with the Waymaker. Just like the biblical giant slayers of old, Rod walks in the fear of the Lord with a warrior poet's heart enter into the sweet aroma of offering up
worship in spirit and truth. Through the pages of this book, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Rod has crafted words that will ignite you with a holy passion. Join him in stepping out in the faith the size of the mustard seed and watch the mountains in your life. Moon. Laura Sanger, PhD, author of The Roots of the Federal Reserve. The next one I have here, the second endorsement from Carly Tubbs.
Let me read this one. Rod has assembled a body of work that invites the reader into a high place upon which to stand and look out through the big windows of Christ's eyes and to see the common experiences of life in a new way.
The first time I heard him read Bodies on Season 4 Episode One O Two of his Millennial Mustard Seed podcast, it hearkened back to the beautiful and precarious tensions between our bodies being both the temple of the Holy Spirit and the most abused and relegated vessel of our human experiences.
The podcast is a brilliant catalogue of thoughts, reflections, and interviews that testify to just how authentic he is in his pursuit to discuss a wide variety of topics while truly honoring the vessels through which Christ speaks.
Everything Rod sets his heart to do for the Lord is a blessing to the body of Christ. And this book is the maiden voyage of his writings that are surely kept in the Libraries of Heaven by Carly Tubbs, life coach and guest and Patreon here at the Millennium Wants to see podcast you guys. I just want to thank you guys for listening to this. And if you are into poetry, parables, rants, short stories, elongated poems, this book is for you.
I've actually introduced a new form of poetry into this many traditional styles of poetry that are introduced in this book, one of which I have coined the term collective flow. I'll let you figure that one out. When you get a copy of the book yourself, it is available on Amazon. Both hardcover and paperback options are available right now in the link in the show notes on Amazon. One of the most important things about me publicly talking about this today for the first time.
I know I've shared this privately with a couple people leading up to the release who got themselves a copy right when it went live on the 4th and already got theirs in within just a couple days for a paperback. But me and my wife were in agreement for this to be broadcasted to all of you guys who are listeners here on the podcast and for social media, because today is my son Adam's 7th birthday. This is something I'll never
forget. You know, the first time I ever released one of my writings that became published on my son's 7th birthday. That's kind of a big deal. We were in agreement on that. And it was to me. I'm like, man, I'll just never forget that. This is such a surreal moment. Look at what God did, man.
I just praise God and give him glory and credit because a broken vessel like me growing up to become an author and an international broadcaster and just all this cool stuff that's going on behind the scenes, talking with different doctors, getting aligned with all these different ministries, seeing these plans unfold, being ahead of the curb in a lot of ways.
And I don't say that proudly. I say that in humility because there's just not enough time in the day for me to try to explain to you guys the shift that is here and the shift that is coming. But I want to keep this under 10 minutes, so please go get yourself a copy of The Words Are salt. It does not disappoint. Please help me share this episode here with friends, family members, pastor, Co worker, doctor, whoever. Just share the link and post it on your social medias.
Get yourself a copy. I encourage you guys to leave me a review on Amazon and if you have not rated the podcast, leave me a review and plant a seed and partner with us every effort, every dime, every prayer at all the encouragement. It's not a wasted effort. Here we are trusting God to multiply everything so we can see the vision of Kingdom Land Project come to pass. Stepping out with a mustard seed sighs faith. Until next time, God bless and goodbye the, the, the, the.
