So we have a few topics that we want to cover in the last Symposium, we pretty much covered the full Gauntlet but today we're going to focus on the depopulation agenda and specifically we're going to look at the topics of. How are we going to be depopulated using things like air food? And Even water. We're going to go into places of spirituality as in what's happening with the church to the church. And this is this is going to be
really nice. So we're going to be back in five minutes to get started and thank you once again for joining

If you guys don't know, their things that are floating around in the sky, there are things that are being sprayed on the ground and in the air coming down and this has been The talk of conspiracy theory for years simply because somebody made an observation and they questioned it and then found out what is really going on.
This is what happens when you start asking very specific questions. If you ask the wrong people, they're going to just blow you off.
But if you ask the right people, They will blow you off, but they'll make you question deeper, we are talking about Chemtrails and if you don't know the difference between a chem Trail and a contrail will let me explain when you are watching an aircraft go overhead, you will see a trail behind it, a lot of times that trail does dissipate within moments but a chem Trail or as they say, nowadays, lingering. Trails, they say in the sky for hours and hours.
And then, once you get a lot of other aircraft involved, you will see tic-tac-toe on this guy before too long. I remember back in the 80s that the only time when you saw lingering, contrails, or Chemtrails, if you will, is when you had a an air show, And I don't know if you noticed or not. But back in the day, they used to write people's names in the sky. You don't see that too often nowadays because the sky is never clear. What is going on?
Are there really Jim Trails? Where's the proof who we talked to I mean, what is going on and how that that lend to the depopulation agenda? So I'm going to open it up with the pain. Lady and gentlemen what's it to you? Hmm. Who wants to go first you knock you want to go first or you want to go for us and know that those are hot buttons especially with Tori the button with him. Listen I just have to tell y'all you know I've been we've been talking about this for a very,
very long time. Um in there has been many case case study that Actually on on this topic of people's done, their own individual research when it comes to what these things that we're seeing in the sky in four years. You know we've definitely been lied to. I mean it really all goes back to how well does people or how well are people educated when it comes to contrails and what contrails are if you understand what contrails are and even
parts of your brain. Ref when you out in cold weather can create it but you'll never see somebody walking a really cold environment and have contrails coming out of mouth. And you can see that contrail continuously all the way down the road so you know exactly where they're going on a cold day. You know, you just you just don't see that you all know by by physics chemistry and all of the above if you're educated and understanding what those things really are, you would understand that.
There's no way in the world that there are contrails that are lasting for hours over top of us. So, out of these individual studies where people have learned are what these these, these Chemtrails actually are. And there are a lot of different things, and these things are not supposed to be conducive to humans in. It's pretty much bad for humans. All right? To be breathing in the things that they're putting in a sky. They're taught you talking about chemicals.
You're talking about actual chemistry like blood, you're talking about actual things like metals and in very finite material that are are so small, they're almost particles that you can actually breathe in and actually get into your system.
You have things that lay on your skin and our skin is the largest organism on our bodies that actually absorb into the skin and not just our skin, but the soil, the water, everything, you know, I always go back and say, you know, people Take not into consideration that Miracles. Only have happened in the past when you talk about scripture when you talk about miracles, but we are actually living Miracles every single day from not just what's coming out of the sky, what's in our drinking
water? What's in our food? It is a Wonder, it's not a Wonder. It's an actual miracle that we could wake up every single day.
It really this is It just going to piggyback on what he said as far as far as to Chemtrails. They've been doing this a very long time and the sad thing about it is the acute angles that they, the Government tried to hide it for a lot of time, a lot of reasons, a lot of reasons, but one of the things that gets me is, you know, you can go on the internet and you can just write and chemtrails and you will see where at one
point, you didn't see anything. Now, you see See, the pilot with the badge because he has a badge that goes on his military outfit or whatever pilot outfit that says, Kim Trail, you know, with the, with the plane and some Trails behind it. You know, they're not even hiding anymore. The whole purpose of chemtrails is they'll say, well, you know, it could be done as far as weather manipulation. But to be honest with you is very nefarious because what's in this stuff, we're talking barium.
And if you know what barium is, A very heavy metal, you have aluminum that's in it. You have a stratagem that's in it. You have all these different metals that are in. It that goes in your bloodstream. And if anybody has done any studies on Alzheimer's or dementia, one of the main key reasons why people seem to get it very early and you notice that people are getting an earlier and earlier from their 20s on up is because of the heavy metals, that's in their
system. Now I honestly believe that that It is purposely done because the more Metals we have in our bodies, the more we can be more like walking antennas and Tory. We've done that documentary, which we talked about that. We can be a walking antenna or what they're putting the infrastructure that they're putting on the on the Earth right now and they're actually tweaking it as we speak. So how do you get the medals in? Well yeah. You could do it through the food.
You could do, it'll do it through the water but people got to breathe. Everybody's got to breathe. Okay, animals, we us, we have to breathe plants, you know, and that stuff goes down to the molecular level of your body and does damage. You know, there's people right now that are complaining I got a couple of chats going and they're saying have you guys noticed it's hard to breathe you know some days it's just and it's not pollen related. They just can't catch their breath.
It's not even they don't even have allergies it's they just can't catch their breath. With so it's really a this is this is done purposely like I said, I advise people to to definitely look up the definition of what a chem Trail is. I mean, I have a third screen over here so that we get take a look at some things just so we can. So you can look at it because I mean, I don't think people understand.
Can I tell you? We have a generation of kids that are coming up that think those stripes in the sky are really clouds. And I can't believe that. That's, that's, that's really And I'm going to hand the mic over to whoever wants it. Net, I'm throwing the ball to whoever wants to catch it but that's what's up.
Yeah. Yeah, like like I said, like I said earlier, when back in the day, the only time when you would see these, this, when somebody was writing your name up in the sky, that's the only time when you would see a lingering contrail as they say, nowadays, and I've had a lot of discussion about this people think it's a, it's a serious. Is she there? And it's totally. I mean, all you have to do is look. And if you were here, long enough long ago, these are not
normal clouds. I mean, of course, we've heard about this is a method to block out the harsh sun rays, you know, for global warming which you know, that's a whole nother show. I mean, we have seen that for weather manipulation And that we'll go into that later and that's a really a completely different show. I mean there are a lot of methods and what's funny is it is documented. I mean, all you have to do is look for it. There it is.
It is documented like Mary said earlier you have the military with the patch to the US Air Force patch that tells you exactly what they're doing. And and and we have heard of doctors having to treat some of these soldiers for that spray because you know, we were Around long enough, you'll kind of hitting it on you. So I mean all you have to do is pay attention. This is not something that we're
taking lightly. This is very serious and there are a lot of chemicals that we really don't know, we've only found a, you know, a decent but we don't know what else is Shane's. I mean for me the other the other question that I had to is if if this is not a real thing, then what has changed in our atmosphere and if they change the formula for fuel What did they change? What has changed if they are not spraying? What is the excuse? What do we really have?
What are we dealing with? Question, anybody grab that? I'm waiting for you. Not to grab it. We can't hear you then we had the last. Didn't this happen? Last time to where every time he went to talk every time, you're a spit, some knowledge, it would not let him talk. It's You hear me now. Here we go. Yes. All right. All right, all right. It was strange setting. All right.
So one of the things that it's also important to know is how this because I want things, that's just the military that that's spreading this, the chemicals in the air and it's not just the military, its civilian planes to civilian planes are Are loaded up with canisters that are better fuel. There's a secondary fuel source or, or pardon me up a fuel source, but We're you would attach to fill to fill to fill the canister anyway. Fuel receptacle, there we go,
that'll work. Anyway, so so there's that there's a fuel receptacle and then and then there is a, in the cockpit, there is a switch that turns on and you get paid by the government. By the government with how much you you spray. So, your trip, your trip from California to Texas for your business. Will you will get paid by the government for how much you spray along that, that trip. Like, the United States is crazy in comparison to Canada on how much spraying there is, because
just listeners. I'm in Canada, Calgary Alberta, we definitely have Chemtrails. I watch them. I watched the plane, the plane just go right across the the blue sky and then just do the trail and then there's a grid prep pattern later on later on the day, you look up just a little bit later. Anyway. Yeah, so people people are being paid to to spray this. It's not just a military operation. Its civilians are hired and it's, there's actually someone
who has shot a video. Plane that has been set up with with the system. So something to to understand it's not just this big hidden thing with with with in military contracts, it is a civilian contract option as well where people get paid to to poison us this. He hadn't noticed two civilians were involved.
Yeah, that's crazy. And with the economy, You being the way it is. I can see why people would want to do it. You know, especially people who let's say do crop spraying, you know, maybe they're not doing that his often because this crops are already got the stuff in the sea so they really don't need them to spray for this or spray for that. So why not get into the business of Kim trailing and and get a kind of government contract, which could guarantee you work for?
I don't know. However, many years. Years, depending on what type of plane you have. Depends on your payload. I mean, that's something else owning a plane is expensive. So at least two pays for your fuel, right, right. But who knows what else the government is playing for? They may be paying for maintenance on the plane. They could be paying them.
For maybe getting an upgrade to the getting a new plane, you know, hey, you know anything, you just don't know, you know, the insurance for it, anything, you know, but That's now you got me wondering. I kind of want to put up another screen and put in like, how much do chemtrail civilian Pilots get paid? See what happened? Where do I sign up for the contract for kentrell contract? But inflame know what I noticed too. Is that when, when you involve civilians, you don't have any
ties to government. So, when you Go look up, the Freedom of Information Act, you won't find anything because it's contracted out to a civilian company. So there's no governmental paper trail. That is totally the Longing To government. So that's a scary thing. When they can contract stuff out and it becomes like a black project. Yeah. Well the text tax credits are also created through through this, this system to.
So, you create a government contract, you accept that contract and as long as you are applying specific laws to it, that's an appropriation law. And the So you are whatever cost or credit that that contract is worth will create identical tax credits as well. So it's a money, it's a money. Believe it or not, it's a money maker for both operations, you know, I think rates the tax credits, right? So when the money goes through creates the tax credits to You
know, it's interesting too. That I mean we're talking about this and I've seen this in the United States. I mean, this stuff is really happening all over the world. It's not just the United States and we only get a lot of United States knew that is watered down, grapefruit juice and a lot of other places all over the world, some places like Spain is actually spoke up on it and admitting that they're dropping
chemtrails. You know, you know there's other countries like you got look at other news right now and you'll see some stuff and you just be like wow well I didn't know that and why are they talking about that stuff here when it's obviously the same exact thing? So it's just really interesting. It really is. I think we get something is the medical part of it though and I know we're going to go into the healthcare part of it later but Can you imagine what this is
doing to the body? You know, your terraforming the Earth really is what you're doing. But what are you terraforming that for? You know, because if you are, we don't know whether these chemicals are taking oxygen levels down, to get you used to not having oxygen in the air know whether it's going to, we don't know. I mean, we're eating this stuff, let's just, let's just face facts, we're eating it.
We're drinking it. The animals are eating it and drink it, because it's in the crops, it's in the ground. You can't get it out of the ground. It's there. It's in the rain in the snow. It's in the ice. The Chemtrails are, especially the High Altitude planes that are spraying it.
Like 33,000 feet, 40,000 feet, 50,000 feet, that stuff gets caught up in the jet stream and that stuff is just I think it's an adjustment but I mean, Stuff is just and if you can see it when they spray it and all of a sudden, you see these whispery looking clouds, it's moving along. So it may have started chemtrail and let's say in Ohio, but that thing can travel for like 500 miles and be dropping and just
it's crazy. You don't have to do it a lot, you can just do it one time and just be spraying, like States is wild and when you're when you're spraying, like it's going in there. So so definitely it's to get it. Purse. But here's, this is just a thought. I have no evidence. I have no, no, but just the thought. So if you're spraying, you understand what's coming in the future with portal travel. So his it is, it creating a easier way to access and cross. It cross dimensional.
Anyway, just thought, I just thought I'd throw that at me like this, Prepare for something else that's coming or changing the individuals. That's here to be able to adapt to their conditions that they're trying to create for that thing that's coming, you know. So I mean, just to entertain that thought too. I'm sorry. Go ahead, go on. Well, I was just gonna build an Enochs thought. I just sparking. A lot of thoughts was to all of us.
I can see the wheels turning as it is with me, but no, how would like, heavy metals or whatever these chemicals are that are being sprayed into the air, affecting the land and water, how does Does that affect frequency even Natural Energy? Pathways, what about Ley lines? I mean, are these able to enhance Ley lines or the Hebrew to maybe hinder or keep certain areas from transmitting energy? That normally naturally could
flow that direction. So it just my wheel gets spinning when I when I hear keywords like portals and stuff like that, interdimensional travel, but that makes sense. It makes so much sense. Yeah. And so we can't prove that but it definitely tugs at the thinking part of me before heading, if we're heading towards the future work, what is the goal when you understand the goal? Then it's easier to figure out what what's being done, right? So for corrupting ourselves,
right? So they're corrupting corrupting man, as we eat and eat all this This junk and then when you want to create a portal anywhere on on Earth than what if you just need to spray some to keep a specific frequency everywhere because because that's how portals work, you have one frequency and one location like a your your coordinate for for Calgary has a specific frequency. Yes, your coordinate for Washington. DC has another frequency. And so, that's how you can get
to a, to be, okay and time out. You know what I'm gonna do, we're gonna do this early. I'm gonna put up something on this screen and start typing, and if I find what you're saying, which I know you, and I know it's right. I know you're right about this, that these Ley lines and frequencies and locations are the each partner Earth has a different frequency. That is, that is so true.
So I'm going to go Over here. So guys, excuse me, if you see something, pop up over here, excuse you viewers, forgive me, this is you're going to love this. Okay, so just let me go ahead and do what I got to do. Go ahead, I'm sorry. Well, you know what the thing that I was something you said Mary about terraforming the Earth and terraforming the Earth, or what, or for whom and now we're talking about portals that popped in my mind was Sir.
Earned we know that something is on the other side and so wait, why don't we get this side straight so we can pull them through that portal. So they will be functional on this side. So that is that is that is some nasty chicken mix think stuff right there. And if you if you think about the frequency of let's say gold and silver right here, we just natural Metals within the Earth. Yes. So where those deposits May naturally be in the earth, we know they have technology to be
aware of that. There's their civilian equipment. You can buy and penetrate the ground up to 30 feet deep if you have the money, but the thing is, what if all of the things are spraying the are have way
more await deeper. Way meaning and manipulation than many of us have given thought were credibility to what if the energy Pathways Ley lines, what if the they're using chemicals in the air, like Enoch is kind of saying just portal idea where you have a frequency here in a frequency here, that may be similar to quantum entanglement. They can represent an instantaneous connection so that you can transport maybe blessings that are on an energy
pathway. Maybe prayers can be That way, I mean, just speculating is very interesting to consider the natural frequency of all the things in the earth in the air and then to see them continually manipulate that space. Now another thing that I just want to drop real quick, I wonder if anybody listening or any of you guys are aware of this please let me know. But has anybody been setting up like a camera to be able to capture and time lapse?
Where Are there spraying these Chemtrails or contrails? Right? And then is it in the same place all the time? Do they, do they move? And is there any way to maybe map out large Caverns? That could possibly yet the North End and the south end of a of a repetitive spray pattern. So I'll stop right there. I don't know, you know, where is he on y'all? Well, you know what? That's interesting.
You said a spray pattern because I've seen the tic-tac-toe And it almost seems like if you put symbols in the sky that could possibly bring in an extra frequency. I mean this is this is some scary stuff man, scary stuff. Well you know it's been said as far as Chemtrails go or even certain ones, a lot of them will typically be sprayed over urban communities and they've said that it's Been known to have fact a crime in certain areas or, or whatever.
The case might be like, they'll be times when it will be hot summer days and you'll see Kim Trails all over the place. My place is like a New York City certain barrels or whatever and then the crime rate is is changed dramatically in that particular area. They may I have a much higher crime rate like, you know, when it comes to Meadows, think about this. How Metals actually? The human brain when it comes to dementia and things of that
nature. Who's the say this, is this a thought who's to say that they have not figured out a way how to utilize these metals like barium and lithium and some sort of foils and things that nature into which, it can actually manipulate people's interpersonal skills, their method of thinking, they're kind of thinking affecting They're aggressive, aggressive behaviors and things of that nature.
Like they haven't been doing all these tops researches on Gilligan's Island and also in the Nazi, Raymond us to go steal. All of the Nazis scientists to continue and further on their commitment to their cause of learning about these different types of things who's to say. These things aren't being sprayed because of how Metals affect the human body. I'm gonna, I gotta say, I gotta jump in here. And we still on air, we ain't even got nothing else. We still aren't, are we on the
first one? Anak what you said about the portals wrong? What you saying about communication with blessings, Tory what you're saying about the effects of the metals. Okay, so here's the thing, you know, you got purse having second heaven, third heaven, Now. When it comes down to block it, you know, like I said of communication, because we're taught, metal metal carries a signal, it does, it has a frequency who's to say that what they're spraying is for the
second heaven. And, and for them to be able to live in the first having, which is a sky that we see the second heaven, is where the where the I must say it, imma say, correct me, if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right on this. That's where Satan and the demons are pretty much. That's what the fallen angels are stuff. That's where they are because they're out of the third heaven, they're not in the third have an estimate of father is that's where his the tooth. Heavenly Warriors.
Exactly. So who's to say that? They're not preparing it for the what's in the second heaven which is another dimension for them to be able to travel and look and be here physically. Since. I mean, who's to say, we don't know. I mean I'm a strong believer that everything is spiritual. I mean, everything, I don't care. What it is. Everything is spiritual. Laura salmon, just in our personal space talking about the possible connections between how they may be using the metals to for mind control. And it's just interesting, David uses an ephod. When he goes to inquire of the Lord, we're talking about linen with a 5000 frequency output, being a natural organic material, and then we're talking
about a bunch of other gems. So, let's who's to say that some of the Chemtrails may not have a fine powder of Onyx or, you know, somebody who knows, what's in this stuff. You know, that that's one of the best. That's when the minerals that are actually, in a stew is Kim Trent. I mean, is this you can drown his goal. Oh, that's one of the hundred. What is 101 minerals that we have in our body?
So I mean, we have natural stuff, but the stuff that is in the metals that are in our body works differently than the stuff they're spraying. This is dr. Spraying blocking, what's in her body or enhancing gleaming reacting with? Let's find out. If, you know, first things first. I'm a slide this bad boy over right here. Okay, let's do it. Let's go see we got, here we go. Phenomena of chemtrails. You know, when I was a kid, I used to see these trails in the sky all the time.

the air. How easy is it to put up any, any sort of some sort of holographic, 3D screen? Yes. How simple would that be? Yeah, it's a good question. Now, one thing that people need to understand to is this project as already been exposed, many people already know about it. So it's being exposed for a reason because it's going away, no matter what, right? So after after we have disclosure ER the chemtrail thing is going to ceased. It's going to stop.

Artificial light, with those frequencies telling you what to do, you're going to see Miracles, you're going to talk to angels and you're going to what, our whatever, the aliens

This A what-what are actually people hearing in in that kind of situation are those people who actually do hear voices, are they linked to a different frequency, you know? I mean, think about That makes sense because if you look at Revelation where it says, you know, Satan wants to be like God. So of course, he's going to try to mimic God coming in the clouds. Now all of a sudden everybody seeing Jesus come what they think is Jesus coming in the clouds, but he's but two people who are in Christ, that's Not
happening. Okay, that's not happening but everybody else is seeing it. They're seeing this. Like you said Enoch him, do Miracles. Things coming out, you know, fire calling fire from heaven, just like in the Bible. I mean, just everything like that and they're able to see it here. It think they're experiencing it. I can see how people would probably want to come after those who don't believe in that. I can see how they could be.
Flash mobs of people going after people who don't believe that, that is it, you know, that under Messiahs here, whatever, whatever. How dare you say, that's not the Messiah that is those, you know, I can see how they could and again, all AI, which is still demonic. Okay, Dad, look at how many people look at. How many people think Q is a is a thing from like from God as in as in Jesus being. Yeah? Right. And Wave is how many Christians
are seeing that. So, there are out early fool and, you know, and then this stuff will come up. They're gonna either, they're going to walk away after disclosure and be completely fooled or, you know, it's such as going to just working to keep them down. So, so what this, that we are talking about here, I guess this would be part of the disclosure since we are obviously talking about it or making it known to everybody.
So it is a lot of information that we've kind of brought out here to everybody today in reference, to Kim trailing and what is actually in the air. And it's all under the guise of cooling, the Earth via Kim trailing and everything else like that. And when you dim the Sun that is a form of weather modification now.
And a lot of people, they don't understand, it was like, oh well we can't modify the weather. Sure. We can, we've done it. We've talked about it. This is the Awakening knowledge symposium. Alright welcome back to the Awakening knowledge 2023 Symposium and we're just going to continue to roll on. As we have as many times before we're going to just have a discussion on food and what's in the food and how does it How does it come about in this whole topic of depopulation? I mean, what are they doing to the food? What is the whole point? And so, to start it off, I'm going to tell you guys. I am a foodie.
I love my food. Of course, if I stood up, you'll see that. I have the shape of a fantastic pair. You know I'm saying? It's a thing of beauty, it's art. Yeah, I built this and I built this house but I am a foodie. I love my food but I've listens, and I've and I've watched as family members have had difficulty because of high blood pressure. They've had difficulty because of certain cancers and certain illnesses that kind of lead back to the gut. And it's like everything you
eat. Your body has to process and whatever is in your body can make you sick. And so my question is, what about Out, the boob that's killing us. And the first thing that comes to mind is sugar, that's the first thing that comes to mind. We're going to talk about GMOs and the like but right now it's a conversation about sugar. When you, when you think about sugar, you think about you, think about this right here. You think about that sodas? You think about breads?
You think about pastas? I mean, you think about carbohydrates, And think of everything. So everything in America is built around sugar. I mean everything I had for breakfast. Like, for instance, I'm held up in a hotel room right now and tomorrow morning, I guarantee you that they're going to have coffee. They're going to have juice and they're going to have a lot of bread. And all of that stuff is not healthy for you.
And that is the American diet. I mean, I can tell you that I've drank sodas and pure juice, I've listened to people when they say, when you drink juice, don't drink juice in a spike in insulin. If you want some juice, you eat the fruit because it doesn't give you that Spike, you eat the fruit but sugar is one of those things at the Stillness is in everything. I mean, I would like to Rattle off a list but I don't have time because we will be here all day.
So I just want to tell you guys to number one, read the back of packages to see what's in it. And also you have to look at the artificial sugars as well, because a lot of this stuff, I mean, again, that's the stuff that's killing us and it's in everything. You know, I've seen sugar in hot sauce, you know, I mean we eat A lot of sugar.
I mean, when I was a kid, you know, mom's used to bring me to Frosted Flakes, and of course I had to do more sugar on it, you know, I mean, anytime you get the cereal, you're going to go sugar. I mean, it is bad. And so now we in this country, we have a problem with obesity, some of that. If not, all of, that is directly due to the fact of so much consumption of sugar.
And that's the thing, one of the things, one of the ways that we are being killed It off or being it's almost like we're being fattened for Slaughter. What say you what's this? I could say. Can you all hear me by the way? Yeah, okay good. When you talk about everything, you know, read the packages on the back of everything. Mary. Remember when I was really big on my health kick and I was like cutting out a lot of different sugars, cutting a lot of dairy because not just with sugar but
Dairy is found in everything. Now we'll talk about Dairy to minute because that's my Hot Topic. However, sugar is definitely definitely definitely one. Of the ones, the other things just like you mentioned are destroying the fabric of our insides out first, it feeds
cancer. So when you get cancer you know cancer is happy and American Body while we're still feeding at Burger King and McDonald's and all other kinds of stuff that has a ton of sugar ketchup for one of them and that's one of my things that, you know, I'm trying to wean off of the breads Much, you know? But that's really hard to do and, you know, sandwiches are it's crazy. Go go ahead. You know, I've seen that go ahead, please. I was just going to say getting
off the bread. You don't have to get off the bread. Uh, yeah. What you need to get off is the flower that you're purchasing, I started buying whole grain whole berries, and a grind them myself. It's whole wheat. Even if you buy the the white way, It still comes out as tasting like whole week, so it will be an adjustment for you, but you can grind your own bread and it is way better and it's filled with the, with the so much more nutrients.
You're not, it's not just that carbohydrate fluff, you have everything. So it's not, it's actually the quality of grain that you're using, because the flower that we purchase is only part of the grain, they've taken up the good stuff that would help us and laugh. F to the crap. And it's, and it creates wonderful pastries. Yay. But yeah, those that stuff will kill you right now and I'm a Canadian. I love my donut.
So, Well, I'll just, just just something to, you know, it's the quality of food, but it's always the quality of food. If you, if you eat the real whole grain, grind it yourself, nice and fresh than num num num num num num. The only thing I'm struggling with in doing that is making sourdough. I can't get it to rise. It's always unleavened I can say this. You know, I agree with Enoch. You have to eat more whole grain stuff. I remember my weight being
really out of control. Like, I was almost 200 pounds outside of maybe like .1. Yeah, and it frightened me, I went to the dentist to get some work done and they would take him my blood pressure. My blood pressure was really, really hot. I don't have high blood pressure now that my eye and I knew it was wait, attributing. So Ended up losing a lot of weight and significantly thing
with back down to normal. The food that they give us it is really, I'm hearing an echo to. I don't know where that's coming from. Um, but there we go what happened but, um, the food that they're giving us They take everything out. every nutrient, every vitamin everything that is needed. They take it out. That's why you see things like, you know, if you buy some bread, it'll say fortified with this or fortified with that, and it shouldn't need any fortification.
It really shouldn't need that because naturally it hasn't anything that it's just like they're taking out magnesium right now and taking out magnesium and what's the other one? Potassium, two major things you need for your circulatory system and your heart. Okay, that's why you see a lot of people running around here. Now they got a lot of anxiety. I found this out from a relative of mine because I thought it was just menopausal, symptoms come to find out. She was like, do you have?
Are you go get some magnesium? Because I felt like I was losing my mind. I felt like I was on edge. I couldn't. I couldn't think I was rattled. I was edgy. I had heart palpitations. I was jittery. I was nervous that went on for a long time. It did not know what it was. I mean, went on for a while and come to find out I needed magnesium. I did not know that when you go into menopause it for my ladies who are watching, who are in their late 30s, 40s, and up, this is for you.
When you go into premenopausal things, you, you you actually lose more magnesium because magnesium is stored in your bones. Okay? So Oh, it will literally your go through it quick. So, please put some magnesium and potassium in your system. Okay? They do roughly, yeah, bone broth yet. Bone broth is really good, too, but look how they, you know, they price everything, that's good for you. They price it.
It's like they take it out, then they put it in a bottle and then they sell it back to you for an exorbitant price. And it's not even a real thing. It's synthetic which is really get some CMOS CMOS is good, you know, get some Irish blue sea moss, there are things that we have to do. Now, to take our health back because the enemy like I said,
this is spiritual warfare. That the Devil Comes, look, the thief cometh not, but for to steal kill and destroy, not just your mind, your body Soul Spirit as well, but if he can kill you before you get a chance enough to get your soul right then end up in hell with him. He, that's something that's one for him. It's a loss for you but it's, you know, it's a, it's a win for him. He wants us out of here. Quickly, it's a slow cooker. They got so many slow kills going on.
Like Tori was saying with the milk, with the dairy, the sugar is in everything. Like Marty says. I mean, anytime you go buy pork or buy steak and notice that you starting to see point one or point five grams of sugar and beef, like, how does that work? Where am I? Why is because they're processing. It there they're dipping it. Or they're injecting it or doing something to it and you're talking about but it's wrong, it
doesn't matter. Processing look if you can get your own cow and Slaughter it yourself, please do that. If you can get your old goats sheep or chicken and do it yourself, please do that because you do not want to use the stuff that's out here. You don't it's just everything like I say they took everything out of the food and, you know, giving us make it, it tastes good. It has good mouthfeel and sugar it up a little bit. Spice it up a little bit, eat it.
And you're killing yourself because your body isn't getting any and you know what to add to that, Mary. I'm going to say competition is competition is fierce out here.
Because when, when one person makes a product has sugar, the next person makes product that has that much more sugar and so now it's they go back and forth and competition and we don't even realize it because we're the consumer, what we need to be smarter consumers and read the packages because a lot of this stuff is nothing like you know, I just held up a soda. That is, that has nothing in it. Besides water, filtered water, carbonation sugar and color. That's it.
No formaldehyde in it, it might be, the might have some formaldehyde in there. I mean, and people don't realize that form out, they put formaldehyde in like Mountain Dew. I think it was, you know, your antifreeze, I mean we're talking. What would, you know, you just I can't think of a thing with embalming fluid, I guess. I don't know preservatives. That's the word I was looking for.
They put preservatives in there. I mean when you die your body really supposed to just break down but the way we got nowadays, we sit and we sit around for months looking price, you know? Like we just died yesterday. We've been out here for three months, like that old McDonald's hamburger, that the lady brought out after like 30 years of being in a bag, I mean, look, like it just came off the line. So we really have to be cautious on what we eat and actually
where we get it from. Because I think Mary said something earlier about about the crops. But you know, they like to throw this overpopulation and everything else on his butt. The farmers have a hard enough time trying to get the crops out. And again, through the competition, the farmers want to farm. And in order for them to make money, they have to grow crop. And in order for a crop to be protected from birds and bugs and pests like that they have to spray the field. Well, guess what?
That spray is coming right into your mouth from Farm to Table. Go ahead, you know. So understanding the spraying, right? So this is this is something to really understand how Wicked This is, why are they spraying? They're spraying is so that the first the plants are created so that they can survive the spring and everything else cannot survive the sprained, right? So these, let's just, let's just
use a pepper, right? So we got our nice juicy red pepper, So so the the farmer is growing peppers and he's spraying, there's there specifically time spraying and why are they spraying so that everything else around it dies, right? So so that there's no fungus, there's no bacteria. There's no pests, like animals that are coming, because if they come to these Foods, they die. So these foods are look, bright and colorful. Oil and they look healthy but they're not.
The other thing that is happening with this is they have taken out the moron of the of the food. So the Boron is naturally in in the pepper Boron is a natural pesticide. So, you take out the Boron, you take out the, the, the effects that the plant needs to survive, you take out all of all of the, those agents, then you need to replace it with something and that's what the spray does. So when you eat these Foods, you're not getting the Boron either. So you are really low.
What is boron, right? I should probably go there, too. So Boron is a Natural. It's an element and it's natural. It's a natural deodorizer because it kills fungus and bacteria extremely well, right, that's why you, that's why you put it in your laundry. How do you put in your laundry in the form of borax, borax is a naturally forming agent in the land, right? So borax It all borax is is sodium Boron or sodium borate. That's it, that's it, it's nothing.
It's just insult form. It dissolves in your water and and and you can drink it I've take it teaspoon a day to put Boron not don't go over that. Trust me did that but a teaspoon a day and it's not all I have sensitive skin. Everything wants to come out my skin. When I, when I do a detox and so it just comes out my skin. So I have these blotchy little spots on my skin. That's all right, so just take a little bit and let you let things die off naturally within your body.
But but the these all this spring, that's what it's doing it, these these Foods need protection, right? And because they don't have natural protection and neither do you because you're eating that food, that doesn't have protection. So, all of this stuff If that's happening all of this, these cancers are happening all of these parasites that are growing in your body, giving you signs
and symptoms of disease. It is a disease because it's coming from a parasite and that's because you don't have the proper, the proper nutrients in the body, the proper elements like Boron, for example, to kill this easy. Exactly, We've got a disc that. No, no. We don't want to disses, we want to lovey. But anyway. Yeah. So so what's so amazing question, what type of detox do you do? I've heard of heavy metal detoxes and whatnot. So what kind of detoxing the you do? You know?
I do three. I do the turpentine cleanse dr. Daniels turpentine cleanse. That's a very Expensive cleanse, I do war on. I take I take boron in my water and then the last thing I bought a Rife machine and you then bright machine. That sounds expensive, it can be, but you can get a Rife machine for, I mean, depending on your budget for a couple hundred dollars, all the way up to a thousand dollars and the right machine I bought is called
the spooky Me too. And this called the spooky too, because because of the quantum entanglement that is used, now it doesn't have a I attached to it. It's a it's this it would be the same technology that the med beds that are coming. It just it doesn't have a, you're not giving a i you're not giving permission to AI to giving AI your body. What a Rife machine does is it will Use frequency because every single organism has a specific
frequency. That humans have a specific frequency bacterium has a specific frequency, a fungus has a specific frequency and Aunt has a specific frequency so this Rife machine will then go through the frequencies. You put like tens pads on you. Right? And then it would go through those frequencies and then when it gets a hit like a biofeedback then okay so you have this This in your in your body. So then the Rife machine would then zap it and you don't you don't really feel it.
Anything you might feel a little tingling sensation but that's that's at most, what you what you'd get from it and these app it will kill off the bacteria more whatever, whatever the biofeedback is because there is a giant Library attached to the The program that you download and install in your Windows computer. And so, the windows, the program will tell your Rife machine what what to do. And yeah, basically gets in. How do you know?
It's working. It absolutely is working because it gets rid of the signs and symptoms that you have for your body. So let me, let me ask you another question. You not all right though. So when you go through this detox you A matter of fact, this is actually for you and the rest of the panel. So when you go through these detoxes and what not should you fast, As well, or do you fast before going into a detox or fast, coming out of a detox? Or do you, do you partner a fast
with the detox? You can, you can do a detox fasting detox. And right now, it's really important to not really stop detoxing to conduit consists. So, like, what the turpentine, take turpentine once a week after you go through the protocol just to keep maintenance going because it's in our food, we're breathing it in our air where, you know, it's everywhere.
And also the other thing is, with heavy metals, you got to get the heavy metals out of your body, natural, heavy, heavy metals are eaten by worms specific worms. Round worms and the fungus candida, they need heavy metals and that's why a lot of people over. Run with candida they think of sugar. No, it's also its high Metals Metals in our body that are that are running through. So you gotta really look at that too. So it's a fantastic area.
So basically with what we all need to do is to number one from what I've gathered so far is, it's best just to grow your own food. That way, you know, where all your stuff comes from and as far as your Meats go, if you can't How's your own? I was going to say, how's your
own cat? But that's what I was looking at. If your house your own rabbits, your own geese and all the other kind of stuff, there are places where you could go. You can go to the local Farm or you can call somebody nearby who is growing this stuff, and can process it for you. So you don't have to and you can order your meets online from grass-fed cow farm, and they
will be able to ship. You tons of beef And tons of pork, invest, your thing, tons of chicken, I would also in Courage people to just find yourself a local group. Matter of fact, getting what you're eating with your family or friends somebody in the neighborhood because some of the stuff is not necessarily cheap but you will get higher quality
meat and vegetable products. If you just go to your local farmers market or you just find somebody Only close to you that, that to where you can actually go and visit and see how they process their meats and how they feed that those cattle and whatnot. So but one of the things we have to be very careful of is GMO Foods as well because they're everywhere, you know, right now I can't even go into the grocery store and find a watermelon. Would season not going to the
right one baby. You're not going to That's very true. I go to the Asian market and tour. You know it it's is well, uh, Mark in Ellicott City and I bother water-meadows every last one I'm got seeds. Well, they're Great Scot seeds. They're oranges have seeds, because you don't know when the last time I saw a great with some seasoned, yeah, they got see them that they do carry seedless but they're they're basically the ones that are grown.
Here are seedless but the ones you get from South Korea. They're not They're not once you get. So what is so what is the danger? I mean, what is the big idea with having seedless anything? Because who wants to bite into a great man? Get that seed, we all did it, we get that c caught up in the back tooth. Whoo, nobody wants that, right? So that's why we can't find seat stuff in the grocery store. So what's the issue with seedless or Having this as a GMO
product. Well, let you go, you go for it. Yeah, one of the things that we've been indoctrinated in for very long time since we've been learning health, and, and, and school is the wrong way to eat. If you think about it, the first thing is seeds are extremely important. Now, I remember and how classy these always tell you don't eat the apples. You know that Allah might choke on it, don't so you don't eat those. But the seeds are where all the nutrients from that particular
fruit comes from. That's where you'll find the most minerals and the most vitamins in from inventing, you know, things of that nature. So seeds are extremely, extremely important because it has a very high concentration of hell Health benefits for people but yet they tell us not to eat it. You know, that's where the craziness comes from. When it comes to how we, you know, we already eat Foods. It's this is absolutely insane but yeah go ahead man I was gonna say that.
First of all let's go back a little bit back to what Marquis was saying about, you know, for our own food, you would need seeds for that. And the seeds that are available. I hate to say it but the cset are available to us in the US are already altered. They have a seed, bank seed banks and it's funny the way they did this. They made this see bank and I think it's up there in the Arctic someone and it basically has every plant on the planet in the world its unaltered seeds.
It has not been manipulated. They're not GMO, they haven't been spliced or A thing like that or messed with on a molecular level or anything. They're straight seeds. Now, what they did and tour, you know, we did a show on this thing about how Monsanto went into some of these areas of these farmers who had Original Seed. And they wanted these Farmers to switch over to their seeds because their seeds. They want everybody, basically to start using Farmers refused to do it.
And then what would Happen is they would destroy the farmer's crop. They would destroy the farmers, crops from kind of way. They've pretty much the powers that be have have gotten these seeds on their own. What we're seeing in the grocery store and what we even what we're eating this far as the grapes and, and apples to have seeds and watermelons are meeting to have seeds, those are
genetically modified seeds. Okay, they're going to you know, make you know, you plant with them and everything but they're genetically modify, what you say? Wow, we got through every topic. Um, um, basically we can they have made it so that it doesn't even matter if we grow our own food because to seeds were using already genetically modified,

I mean, is that they have really got all parts of it when like when it comes down to consumption when it comes down to food, where do you think the the issue with the degenerative disease for for animals, for hunting? Right? The, what is it? The flesh disease? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's That's something so you can't you can't escape it, you
don't skate that. Yeah, so yeah, you don't want to eat that me know, you don't but you know, it's going to come a time where people going to have to say, well, I guess I'll cut this part off and eat the rest. Kind of like what they do, not like what they do with the, we already have a meat problem, okay? That's on a part of The body, they cut around that and they still package the rest of the meat and put it on the market and sometimes that stuff they don't catch it. Yeah. And it gets to the consumer. I mean, we don't want to show those videos but, you know, we've seen some videos to where like you said, you know, they try to cut around it but some of them they they left all of it
there. So when it gets to the consumer, the consumer gets the part that should have been cut out and I I want to be too graphic, because that's freaking disgusting, it is, you know, but but a lot of this stuff, I mean, even even with the seeds, that, that seed Vault, I think that came out back in the late 80s, if I'm not mistaken where they actually told us about it a toast, they call it a doomsday fault. concentrations. And and so when we have everybody sick, you have to have vaccines. And of course, when you get these man-made diseases and whatnot, you have to have some colorful vaccines and My curiosity is since we had this covid vaccine come out. Now that the kids are getting out of school, are they going to make that a mandatory shot to go back into school next year?
Homeschool, I don't know but I can see where that where they would try to make that that because they got to have a HPV shot in order to go to school you know they've got to have you know hepatitis shocks and give it to five-year-olds, who ain't even sexually active and no, no Mary, hold on. Now you mentioned HPV that's human papillomavirus. It. What is that? Because I had a conversation. Believe it or not. I had a conversation with somebody today about that.

Starting at age 9. This is crazy. This is crazy. So everyone through age, 26 should get HPV vaccine if they were not fully vaccinated already, I'm reading this thing. They're actually saying this, it's preventing cancer causing infections and pre-cancers. And check this out. It's abnormal cells on the cervix that can lead to cancer. It's those type of cells. So while little boys getting this between the ages of nine, And whatever. I don't know.
I thought the reason why boys were getting it was because it was sexually transmitted. That's what they said. But when you look at what this HPV really is, it's a cervical thing. Yes. So what is the full intention of these shots really? Why do you want people to get this tour? Remember, we did that thing that show called SV? I was sv40, which was up to the polio shot for being. I've got it for ya and and it was a neurological. There was a neurological type of what is it called.
Is basically, when it was, they called it a disease, but in actuality it affected your neurological system. System. My it like, you know, Leo it was linked to polio so when you got your polio vaccine for those who were born in the 50s, all the way up to 1964 itto 1962 and 1964 is when they stopped it, okay? They put sv40 inside the polio shot and what it does is it causes people to get cancer 30 to 40 years later, it's time release. So who's to say they're not
doing that with the HPV? who's to say they're not doing it with any vaccinations that kids get so that it's Time released at a certain period of time and now all of a sudden because think about all we never had as much cancer as you ever seen today, You see so many people getting cancer is not even funny and then it seems like a whole block full of people that are turning 70 and 80 who were born in the 40s 50s and 60s who got this stuff. Okay, from like 60 years old on
up, they got this shot. They got the polio vaccine that had to s340 in it. Now, you're seeing these folks get cancer and they're all getting the same kind of cancer. so, Yeah, I think that I don't know what Bill Gates did make a point. What do Bill Gates did make a valid point when he did say, hey, we can and we can be populated by weight of exit vaccination. He did say that. I wouldn't I won't take another shot forever. I mean, it's it's crazy.
So I mean, I know that that Rod has has a little boy. He's five years old. He they're going to want to give you that boy. That shot Marquis, you got teenagers. I'm sure they already got that shot.
