Joey brews for Horse Heaven Hills Brewery from time to time and distills top-shelf spirits with his dad at Blue Flame Spirits in Prosser, Washington. Joey knows the tricks of the trade and is pretty great at it. The Crew sit down and have dinner and a few drinks with Joey. He shares his love for the brew, spirits, and his plans for his bright future.
