This week we take to the stars as we talk about one movie that rips off Star Wars and another that was based on the property that inspired Star Wars. First up is the movie that made David Hasselhoff famous. Ok not really but he is in it. It's Starcrash. After that we go off to fight Ming in Flash Gordon. Also we chat about Blood Simple, The Predator, and how our Christmas was.
For Christmas we got you a double feature of Mark Hamill and John Carpenter working together! First up we talk about John Carpenter's anthology film Body Bags. After that we get a movie that has Luke Skywalker, Superman, and that lady from Cheers in Village Of The Damned! After that we comment on the chaos at Noah's house, some movies to watch for Christmas, and troll a list that tries to convince us Rocky IV is a Christmas movie.
This week cats invade the podcast. First up we go for a luxury cruise when a mutant cat sneaks on a rich persons yacht and starts eating everyone in Uninvited. After that we movie into a new house that suddenly gets taken over by cats in Strays. We also chat about musicians birthdays, Leprechaun Returns, and the Arrowverse Elseworlds Crossover.
This week we go Full Quaid. Luckily it's full Dennis Quaid otherwise we'd be in big trouble. First up we see him get marooned on a planet with an alien and they have to work out their differences in Enemy Mine. Then we see him get shrunk and injected into Martin Short . . . where they have to work out their differences in Innerspace. After that it's chatting about The Legend Of Hill House, Christmas Specials, and Hostiles.
It's time for some Dean Koontz movies! While there aren't as many to choose from as much as Stephen King movies we were able to track a couple down. First up is the Corey Haim film Watchers! Next up we watch Chris Sarandon have awkward sex in Whispers. Noah talk about the new episodes of MST3K, we ponder about the cancellation of Daredevil, and Doug tells us all about Creed II.
Lately cops have been getting a bad rap but this week we're looking at two movies where the cops go out of their way to do the right thing by becoming MONSTER COPS!!! First up is the 1988 Treat Williams and Joe Piscopo zombie cop film Dead Heat. After that Mario Van Peebles has to join a squad of cops that turn out to be werewolves in Full Eclipse. We also talk about Noah's work woes, Doug's internet woes, and the animated Batman 66 movies.
This week we head to the land of TV movies. First up is the 1972 film Gargoyles. After that Tom Hanks leads us into some role playing with Mazes & Monsters. Noah then gives a talk about how Mazes & Monsters was part of the Satanic Panic scare at the time that tried to cast D&D in a bad light. After that we chat about some Daredevil, Vigilante, and Dead Like Me.
Reality TV just doesn't cut it anymore so we have to take things to a higher level. How about a live TV show where one person is the prey and has to fend off a band of hunters? Luckily that falls during Slater September so we can celebrate with the Christian Slater classic Heathers! After that we head to college to see what devious pranks befall the girls in Sorority Row. It's shark week here at the drive in. First we'll be taking a look at The Last Shark which pretty much steals most of it's story from Jaws. Then after that we'll be looking at Jaws 5 (aka Cruel Jaws) which literally steals everything from The Last Shark. After that we talk some more shark movies, Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich, and Bryan reveals a theme month not to be missed starting next episode.
This week Noah talked us into watching some Ralph Bakshi movies so we're kicking things off with the 1978 animated version of Lord Of The Rings and then following that up with Bakshi's look at a war torn future Apocalypse with Wizards. On top of that Bryan and Doug get excited over the Young Guns movies, we plan out an entire Christian Slater Month, and Bryan gets confused as to why the Lord Of The Rings movie ends so abruptly.
This week we're talking some rape revenge films. Always a feel good topic. Also Noah gets mad at Bryan and Doug for not being into Ralph Bakshi movies, we get a load of feedback, and Bryan gets mad at Noah and Doug when they don't care about a dream that he had. All this and more!

In reality Tom Atkins mustache takes them all out. After that we talk about Mother, Solo, The Stepfather, Re-Animator, GLOW, and The Pack.
We're talking some horror comedies. First up is High Spirits with The Gute Steve Guttenburg and a cast that has to be seen to be believed. After that we follow it up with a movie that killed Dan Akroyd's career. Nothing But Trouble. After that we talk some Luke Cage, Jurassic World, Final Exam, Alone In The Dark, and Orca.
This week we're turning our hats around as we look at two movies that involve arm wrestling. First up is the Terminator rip off movie Hands Of Steel. After we're going Over The Top with a bored Stallone. Also we talk about what we want on the Roseanne spin off show, Krull, Cargo, Incredibles 2, and Teen Wolf.
