Doug Elks is an entrepreneur, a former college basketball player, and the host of the AIM (Ambition In Mind) podcast. Doug graduated from Western Carolina University in 2021 with a degree in Management and Marketing. He’s currently looking to scale his business, and when he reached out to me recently for guidance and mentoring, I was only too happy to help. I really enjoyed talking to Doug, so much so that I decided to share our conversation/coaching session on today’s show.
