Billed as a South African eco-horror, Gaia follow a pair of park rangers who get separated in the deep jungle, only to find a father son duo living off the land, and a handful of creatures consumed by the spores of mother earth herself. Taking inspiration from The Last of Us, The Descent, and even The Lighthouse... but sadly, not able to live up to any of them.
