In this episode I introduce a new series in which I ask, what is it about deep conversation which creates anxiety and discomfort in me, what holds me back from engaging in it and being willing and share that with others and what might be some of the barriers or roadblocks that holds us all back and keeps us disengaged and on the sidelines?
