Yo, what's going on? Everybody? Welcome to a new episode of My Canicass. I'm Candid Dave. I'm moving today's episode. We're gonna reviewing some live hash rosen by Roorganic my favorite days hash rosen Baby. Haven't had this company before, so excited to try them. We got follow up news on what the DA is looking to do with the rescheduling or rescheduling. Yeah, as I say, D scheduling, but they're not even think about rescheduling.

They're not thinking about D scheduling. Those options are right, this or this, it's kind of what it sounds like. Right, We're gonna jump into that. We're gonna discuss what Rick Johnson when the guys who was sending out the licenses us all right, right, however, that's Rick James bitch. I know, I know, I know. I was like, okay, you're completely but he was the former Michigan House speaker, Rick Johnson. He received thousands of dollars of us get the reference. And I was like this,

Also, there's an Arizona dispot that is going on strike. We're gonna jump into that because it kind of hits here because if you're not if you know, if you don't know. We're from Michigan and the Big Three or just went on strike as well here and we got a couple of other articles. So we will be going all over the place today, but we're gonna

first kick it off with the review. Uh so let's jump into So if you do follow our streams every week, you know that I've been puff co list for a little while and I got my puff go back, so I'm back to the puff Co life for this review. I'm excited. So this is Docy Dough. Uh. It is by a company called Roll Roll Ganic. Now I've never heard of the company, and I was attracted to the price, so I want, and then I liked the way it looked. A couple of them, so I mean, Dave got a couple. We

tried another one by them called snow guh. Yeah, it was different tastes. They couldn't figure out the taste on it. It was like unique for sure. I didn't know the strain like it seems have some like you know, no different strain, right, but like this is a strain I know

very well. Right, So Docie Dough, I kind of have like a different expectation, right, like Snow g I was like, oh, what is this, but Docie Dough, I like, I know it has like that little you know, citrus fruity tirps, you know, free tirps. So I'm excited, and especially because if you look at this as ten percent terps, that's very point one. When you said, yeah, CBD zero T eight c is sixty percent and cameroid the seventy five point nine seven percent.

And I don't know why I read that backwards on the screen. I don't know either. I don't know packaging. I'm probably gonnaive it a seven and a half. I kind of like that they put no pesticides on their pesticides. Fore they seem like a small company. And by ro organic, the gandic makes me think it's organic, and they put that little extra. So there's there's a couple of reasons why I do like this. And I'm actually gonna add did you go to where this goes? I think it just

I did. I'll double check, but I just want to kind of alliterate something. This is one thing if like any other companies listening right like really it looks like it's just like you are for the tag. I like this on the bottom. Man, Not enough companies do this, I mean a lot of so you can see the bottom because a lot of people won't open them up anymore. They open them up for us because there's no seal,

there's no that tape. They have to know everyone, No, for real, I like that because that's something that's like even on some of my favorite brands that I know they're strains, you still can't see it. And sure for like half the dispos doesn't matter because they'll just open them up there.

Yeah, you are absolutely right, man. So I want to say, that's a nice little touch, and like, sure I wish they had, you know, a little detailed on the turps, but they mentioned the turps, and so I'm gonna get it like a seven, have eight, yeah, a little bit of average, you know, you know where it's like I think I would have gave it that and to have nine area and if it was just like had more details or I mean due if it had if it listed the turps. And then you told me the lineage of lineage is

what most companies don't do. Yeah, that's the one thing though I wish they would do. Yeah, yeah, right, Google exactly, Broder exactly exactly what do you think a roma? Even I've been just thumpso zoned out, I'm excited to try this. Yeah, wow, wow, I'm getting the snow from like over here. It's pretty impressive. Wax, it's pretty impressive. And we haven't even cracked it yet, because you know, once you crack it too, it actually smells like a little bit spicier than normal.

But it's got that orange tangerine like citrusy terps like a mug. But there's a little bit of like something in there too. I don't know if it's musky. Just pull your rig and then pull your rigs you wait, wait, what would you give it on the aroma? It seems sounds it sounds by your expression. It may not be like necessarily like my like favorite, but dude, it smells like I just opened up like some orange juice or something. No, that's some tropicana cookies in me right there. Smell

it. Yeah, that's cool. I appreciate that. Get the smell back in. I don't know if agitation wouldn't move airs molecules, I don't know, allright, you they just leaves like whoa, whoa and reviews done. There's no Yeah, I can see the orange juice maybe like a mango juice or topical with a little bit of pine mixed with some evergreen. Maybe that's that that that off smell that I'm getting, Is that evergreen because it maybe that's maybe that's what it is because I called it like musky, but I

couldn't if it's not musky. It's but evergreen is a little musky because of like that nature e smell. So you know what, Yeah, I like that. Not it's not like this is my favorite favorite smell, but it does pop and it does have like a mix of nice good smell. So it's like eight and a half almost a nine from I never say anything, Yeah, I just same as you. It's good and a half nine is

good. Let eight point eight. No, I'm right there with you because I think the only reason it would be a good nine or above for me is really when it's like it's like I love the smell, yeah you know what I mean, and it tips the scale just a little bit more because it's like, oh, this is my this is mine, it's like my hit. Let's jump into oh, consistency, did you want to look at the consistency real quick before we jumping off. It's I already looked at that

that was it looks like perfect dont in material. It looked like you even used the donut. You took it off with your finger when you put it in there. I didn't, but you totally could. Yeah, I liked consistency. It looks good pretty much eight and a half nine close to it. I mean, I that's what I'm right at, the same thing with last time and eight because it's really good consistent, it's good for donuts.

It's battery. If anything, it might be a little dry, so maybe eight and a half and a half so, but even so, like not not really dry. So I don't want to say it's dry. Don't quote me on that I'm saying if anything. I'm saying, if anything, sometimes I do like a little bit wet batter because that gives you that sot, that terpy your taste. But I mean it's got ten percent turps on it, so I'm really curious to see. So, yeah, let's jump into

this. The puff goes Yep, I'm actually rocking my new travel glass chairs. Oh no, well, how do you restart this? No? It died? No, it's on red stale from before, and I do not want it. Oh I did what's it called? That's too hot? It's fifty degrees hotter Jesus bro We used to rack out like seven eight hundred naps like it was nothing shitty black buttane shak. Well, now I try to I try to take my saying. They relax. I can't hit it if it's on the red man, it's too hot, dude, this hits different

and none of the smoke comes out the top. You know when you hate here puff co, it's comes on the top. I don't know. This is neat. It is good, though, man, really citrusy. We wishould make the mix this with some pressure or some bangering. We haven't even finished a review, and Dave's already trying to save me on a donut. What can I say? Speaking of don't if you didn't check our our how

to and how to roll, don't you know what it is? When I hit it, it kind of reminds me of like a creamsicle, tropical dreamsicle. For some reason, it's interesting. I could see that. I could definitely say that that's pretty good. Uh, that's pretty good. Different flavor. I see what you're saying. Because it's not as orangey when I hit it. That's why I said tropicals. I'm still getting like an avergreen bro

get, like an everage. You're right, there's some type of a pain in there, but it's but but the citrus is still pretty heavy there too, Like there's still a lot of citrus, and I'm getting more of a piney on the back hill. Like, No, you're definitely right. There's evergreen. Is the gray way to say it? It's the pine It's what is it alpha or is it beto? It's alpha. I don't think it Canda whatevery. One's the one that actually tastes like evergreen. One is specifically

evergreen, and then there's like the other one. Yeah, I can't remember. I think it's alpha. Bike could be wrong. Bless you flavors out of fifteen, damn sure, I got it. I'm probably right at twelve point eight on it, almost thirteen. It's pretty. It's pretty flavorful. I mean it's not my it's very It's it's like an eighty to me, it's like a seventy thirty pinety to tropical, if that makes any sense. But that makes sense in my opinion. I'm thinking right around that thirteen right

around that thirteen point for flavor. Uh, it's pretty poem and stuff going into the effects and high. I'm feeling like a made more of like a mellow buzz right now body buzz A little bit in the head, but more in the body if anything. Really so, I'm feeling a little bit more in my head. But what would you give it on? Effects on a little bit more balanced to anything? Uh? What is that? If? I'm really not think it's right today? I don't know. I mean,

they're all right. I actually kind of don't. Yes, I wish I was feeling what you're feeling. I'm feeling a little bit more in my head. I can feel like a little zony, but I was already feeling like that. I don't know, what are you thinking? Man, I really don't like eleven twelve. I'm that twelve and a half twelve strength. It's not the most potent stuff. Actually, again, I'm disagreeing because I actually like it hit me like, I guess it's just hitting me heavy. So

I like twelve and a half, but like nothing like so crazy. It's just that for some reason, when I get smoke ahead buzz shit, it just hits me heavy. Yeah, I'm getting a difference. I'm not feeling that I'm more in mind's more of this body buzz right now locking me into the chair. To be honest with you, I'm getting more like the stare. Yeah, mc tunnel vision. I'm not saying I'm like ready to go do my chores. I'm just saying I'm just kind of staring. No,

I understand that if you call that couchlock, I don't know. No, I wouldn't call that couchlock, not for men. Yeah, mine's more of a straight body buzzer or my legs are locked, And I'm not gonna that stare though. Where your zoning out? Value? We paid thirty for this right for a Graham? Yeah, that's that's That was my big thing. That was my big thing that drew me in, remember, because I saw him thirty bucks. I'm like, dude, that's a fucking killer deal for

two g's. I mean, for all day, every day price, no discount type of thing. Hey man, I'm loving these rosin prices drops. I mean, did we you know what before we never pulled up the candy can. It's a little bit value. I give it probably almost a nine right there. So it's definitely got that batter consistency. What would you give it for value? Oh, dude, I for the solid the quality, the flavor, fullness, the detail. I mean, like, yeah, I'm right there with you, like a nine, dude, nine? All

right, and we go to art and R would you? I don't think we could go above and nine and a half would be like, hey, I got it for twenty you know what I mean? Yeah? Yeah, or less like what we're saying recommendary purchase. Oh hell yeah, yeah, I will definitely. I don't know. I don't know if this strain specifically because it's a very specific taste, like you said, it's like a citrus evergreen, Like that's a very specific taste, Like I like it, but

I think I would, But I would definitely try the company again. If I see some roorganic, I'm gonna keep my eyes, you know, like a lot and a half? Is that a fifteen? Yeah? I probab. I'm right around there because I said I might not do this strain again, but because it's a very specific taste, you know what I mean? But maybe who knows, Maybe the more I dab it, I'll dig it more a little bit, but it's a very unique Docie dough agreen. Very

unique because that that like you said, that little back ends different. It's very evergreen, piny ish. I guess I get past. Yeah, no, it definitely passed. Uh sick. But like eighty two eighty three right around therein two actually looking forward to trying some more of their product in the future. That the what was it? Lemonji super juice so crazy because it smells like citrus, Like you know, I mean, you don't really get that evergreen maybe a little bit. I feel like I get more evergreen than

citsterus. They'll beyond this really. Yeah, both on the smell and the taste, I'd say, like a seventy thirty I definitely got know the taste for sure, I got the man. I was like, oh there, it is like you were talking about, I don't really smell citrus might pop at first, but it's like more of a pine evergreen. Yeah, it's what it is. It's like almost it starts as that like that freshness of citrus, but then like as you're inhaling, you get like that freshness of

like you're outside, like minty earth. It's almost like a lemon it's almost like a lemon tin. Very cool pheno. Man, it's a cool pheno, like like lemon pine saw. For it smells stitchers first, but then like the pine evergreen takes over but shout out to organic. Good job on that. Why is no one called a strained pine saw? Yeah, there might be out there, actually bring maybe it's court G four stuff. Well, yeah, West, there's so many strains ziles, skittles, zidles didn't

they'd have an issue to regularly and sittles get pistol skin. That's might change it to what ziples or yeah, all right, well let's jump into our first article. Well, groovy, what do you want to jump into first? Whatever's man, I'm gonna prep a dab up. You'd call the article out I pulled the thing up. Also would just jump into uh, what we were talking about last week, which was the d e A got noticed

to possibly reschedule cannabis. And it sounds like it's likely to ap prove that Human Health and Services the HHS who deemed that they should take it from schedule one to schedule three. This is gonna be interesting how this plays out, because a lot of stuff's gonna change with that, I don't like this, man, Like I was all for it when I thought it was the lowest tier because, like like I said, for some reason, I thought there was only three levels, and then that was really woken up when I read

into it a little bit. That's why I said, I'm glad I read into this too, because that was my own like lacking of knowledge, right. So, but the fact that this was aboves annex and ambience still and it would get to a point where I gotta I don't know exactly how it would affect all the growers and the league gouties, but I'm very curious to see how this affects like the state laws and like the federal laws and how

growers are protected. I'm just curious if it makes any anything worse. I think that's why I'm worried about it, because if it's not going to be de scheduled, like I don't know, like what is this going to even do safe banking? That's it really just helps with safe banking, and even then does not really because it's still on a drug list, see what I mean. I don't know, man, I don't know if is it going to help with guns? You can go to still hold a gun and have

a license because it's you're you can have a gun. Well, they're starting to do that, they're starting to judges are starting to no, I know, but shouldn't this shouldn't just do it then as well too, because I don't know pharmaceuticals that you would have and you're able to still have a gun them. Well, that's what I was trying to None of it really makes sense because even Zanis does that go with it, like there's a lot of

open stuff art. Well, I don't understand how it's going to be a lot of things your own medicine medically because you can't you can't grow your pharmaceuticals

for a schedule too, right or schedule one. It's a different thing, is it though, Because well, hold, well that might just be amended because that's my whole thing is like, well, let me think there is none no other drug like cannabis like this right where it's a drug, but it also it can be used medically, but it could also be used recreational. Right, It's like it's this weird gray area because there's no other drug on that list that I can really say you can really compare it to,

you know, and that's kind of the issue. And I think that's why they have such a hard time, And that's why it needs to be de scheduled, because at the end of the day, it needs to be more categorized, like tobacco, and I don't see tobacco on that list, but it's like, because tobacco is it addict Because if big former pushes the deschedule,

they're gonna lose on so much money. Yeah, no, they're gonna lose so much money because everyone then will be like, yeah, you know, instead of going to take a little pain medicine or buying an advolate like everybody. I think a good amount of people, But I still don't think everyone's gonna want everyone's blanket. Yeah, of course, not everybody, but I think the majority of people. It's like sixty percent of proved legalization.

Fully, I've actually you'd see it go to seventy seventy two percent. The reason why I'm saying that is because consumers, as we see in states, you're starting to see more dollars getting spent within the industry. Look at Michigan itself. Prices have gone down, but consumers are still spending in dollars are going up. So my inkling would be like, hey, you're getting more

new users within cannabis. They either maybe try cannabis in the seventies or eighties and didn't didn't have a good experience on their back, or maybe it's their first time trying cannabis. So I think the pharmaceutical companies are seeing the profit numbers. Like dude, marijuana in Michigan is probably the number one crop in Michigan. In the United States is probably top five, and they've already passing

alcohol sales pharmaceutics. I just see big Farma pushing their agenda heavy to make sure legalization, descheduling, none of that happens, so then they can still pocket and make the billions that they already do make. This is my opinion. That's why I see I can. I definitely think you there that is a part of it. I'm not saying I don't I one thousand percent agree

that there is always a good agenda like that. Like a lot of times there's an agenda because there's always some long game with a lot of these things, and like you said, any and anything, I just don't think it's as big of a chunk of money. But I don't think Big Farman wants to give up any of the money otherwise they want to be a billion dollar industry, like charging Hunt thousands of percent higher on some of these meds. Like it's insane how much money these men companies make losing a lot. I

think they're I think it's just a greedy ploy. I think it's just greed to be honest. But I mean, I don't know at the end of the day, like I actually think this has more. I just don't know. I really don't like the whole reclass I'd rather just to beat d schedule because then we solve all the issues. This just these areas for like people to get in trouble again. They're moving too quick on it. They come out with like three weeks. I'm like, oh yea, let's right,

and how long have the omens it? Okay? Cool? They recommend it, But how long as say, banking been trying to get across of being legal. Are getting a bill pass and Senate right, you've had all these bills get installed. They give a recommendation, and then I think it has to do it because I think because of banking, they're allowed to start banking this way, so that yeah, you can, you can do long. There's a lot you can do. Once this happens, there's a lot,

and it does. It does start the ball. But I don't think I'm just I just don't want any of the patients or any of these laws the growers to get screwed. I don't think you would. I imagine, I think you have to just demands some things. I think there might be a gray area where things might be a little illegal for some time. But it's like, it's not like the cops are going to go raid thousands of people's weed in their fucking houses. No one. They don't care. It's just

fucking weed. It's just fucking weed, man. They don't care unless you're trafficking. Man. You knowing people I meet on these events who just fly with weed, and they say, as long as it's not sellable, Usually they just say, go, I don't even care. Having test of that. But we'll see what happens. We'll be talking about this. This is gonna be a big topic here in the industry for a while, especially with them on the fence too passing that and rescheduling. It's made a lot of

talks we'll keep you guys up to date on this. It's just mind blowing out how fast this is going for that, yeah, compared to everything else. That's what I was trying to say. It's like, how long have we been trying to work on de schedule, all these other stuff? Legalization, the schedule, nothing moves anywhere, and this is like there's some money

ploy behind it, for sure, big Farma. I also saw like there was like ten or twelve Republicans that are against the rescheduling of cannabis too currently there's some of them are pissed about it. So who knows what happens, but we're gonna jump all the way to fuck all the way to Arizona. The reason we wanted to bring up Arizonas because there's a dispo out there with workers going on strike, which is pretty crazy because if you think about it,

you have the Big Three, which is huge for Michigan. That's where four Gym and cry Slar a right, the Big three Automotive and they all just went on strike for a Thursday. Thursday at ten pm, I believe is when the contracts end it. So they all went out and they're fighting for multiple different things from what I've seen four day work week, thirty two hour four four day work week thirty six percent, raises, inflation checks and all this stuff, and they should get it. I mean, they do

a lot of a lot of work. So I'm all about it. Get your money, do what you gotta do. So I'm not hating. And you got the writer strike going on in Hollywood, you got the film strike going on in Hollywood, you almost had ups strike going and now it's sit in cannabis so and it's first ever labor action of it's kind of Arizona cannabis workers at a marijuana dispensary and Phoenix went on strike. That's pretty crazy, pretty wild, bro. Crazy times are happening. I mean sometimes it makes

me feel like I wish I was on a union. I actually almost did join the union before I got my job. It's at cure Leafings don't show you that how protected you are and how people you know that. It's more a pact mentality. Everyone deserves a fair working wage man, and they're doing it. They want it, they're fighting over to me, it's not about my way, and sometimes it's not about the wage though, it's about the

inflation increases benefits, working conditions and safeties. What they're fighting for, is that what they're demanding from cure Leaf. And again like we don't know how those you know, it might be no it. You know, some of those places where they trim might not have air to save money because they spend so much here, you know, like who knows, Like I don't know what about cure Leaf, but like if it's anything to reflect their Las Vegas

disbo management, it's got to suck. Because she was like so rude. I still can't ever get over that Cure Leaf visit. We I know more than I want to just say, I can't remember what they say. Do you remember what they said to us A cure leave thing need you don't need to see it? I know, Yeah, you don't need to see a bud tender or you don't need to see the product. I know. So I'll be like, no, I don't want to see the product. Yeah, if you know me, I go through every freaking jar possible, not

even that. It was just like a whole otherwise you're the wait in line. I was like threatening, it was like weird. I was like, oh, yeah, I don't know. So I'm curious what happens, like they should be getting that. Workers should be paid more, especially with inflation, and everyone deserves to be No one deserves to work forty hours and not be able to pay their bills. Like I think that is ridiculous. So

especially here in America. It's just my opinion this was America. Well, dude, I mean, if you're working your ass off and you're working and then the company's making millions and like they're giving you like twelve dollars an hour, it's like, come on, yeah, come on, times needed that needs to change without I mean, obviously, the people that built the businesses, they risk, they put a lot of time, so they deserve to make their money. I get it. But when you have people working for

you, you gotta treat them all. You treat your employees, write your business thrives, dude, I mean okay, and then the like I know a lot of people like, oh, that's big business. It's corporate America for you, and like sometimes it is, but like to me, it's just a shitty job because I mean, look at places like Costco. They're still great to their employees. Bro, that's one of the best places the work. I know. Those benefits and everything they give you, it's insane.

Right, Well, that's what I was trying to say, is like when you're working for a job when it's not the union and you're not protected getting paid and protected, Like you look for perks, right, you look for benefits, you look for hey, it's I have this. It's like

because that's everything. Yeah, right, all these other things add up, but like you know, take those aside, and then what you're left with is just honestly just a shitty company, you know, because if they're trying to just treat they're just trying to make the maximum profits over you, which is fucked. Yeah you know, so yeah, I get it, I get it. Times are tough, but if you can't afford to people people, it's like, don't work with you know, even the people we work

with week. We know, I wouldn't be like here's ten dollars an hollar, like here's two fitty. Yeah, and like you like you said, like maybe I don't know, was there any listing of the things in there. I didn't really read that whole article listening to what like while the conditions were that were poor, No, it just said that's what they were looking for, was better safety, higher wages, and then something else that I just said. I just closed out the article, but I mean it's all.

I was just curious what they said. You know, you're you're seeing it more and more, and that's why I want to bring it up. It was because they hits home. Because you've got the unions on strike here in Michigan and we see them picketing right literally, my mom's right by GM, so I see you can see them right outside. I mean, good

for that man. And pure leave is literally like the definition of corporate America as far, and they're like, we even bigger than like we always talk shit, even just about the whole Green Peak crap, but it's like even then, they're statewide corporate. These people are like yeah, but they're even of the MSOs, they're like the biggest ms you know what I mean, Like they still make other MSOs look kind of like local because that these people were so big. So I don't know, and honestly, like you don't

even have that much. We didn't ever got really that much good product from there either. The bapes were all right, the vapes were, oh yeah, there thereties, but yeah, because they're clearly just giving you whatever. They can make money off of them. They care. We're gonna jump all the way out to the East coast before we dropped back into Michigan. Massachusetts pot boss suspended by state Treasury Goldberg. I just the heading was interesting to

me. I was like, what's she getting suspended for? I guess. Shannon O'Brien, chair chairwoman of the Cannabis Control Commission, was suspended on Thursday, just a month after she apologized for an outburst saying she was too blunt in saying the state's legal weed rollout was in crisis. So I guess she was. So why how is she a pot boss? What is her role? She's the chairwoman of the Cannabis Control Commission, I know, but the pot boss. When someone says pot boss, it makes me think of head.

You know, it's a click bait on going. No, I know, That's what I'm trying to say. Is it kind of cracks? Obviously? It kind of like makes me think of like she sold a lot of weed. I actually thought this was gonna be totally different. I didn't know what. I thought. Maybe this was someone who worked in the official but who was selling a bunch of weed and got suspended or something. I didn't

understand what we were about to get into. Yeah, it's and it's really crazy because Boston just hit the record year, record month last month we were talking about in the last episode. I think they sold over one hundred and thirty five million worth of sales. So just all over you have stuff happening within the industry. The one I'm excited to talk about right now. Before we jump into that though, which we're jumping back into Mischian be the Rich

Job. I want to get a shout out to our partners and my love Flour, Old Score Organics, and Emerald Fire. Without you, guys, couldn't couldn't be where we're at today. You see their logos all throughout our video. Right behind Groove, you got them lat Flower and the Emerald Fire. Behind me, you got the Old School Organics and the Emerald Fire.

If you see any of these products inside your local retail shop, recommend you try and give him a taste, especially if you like some quality smokable flower that's non remediated, all of it's good genetics, hand trimmed by all All three of these companies all support that, and they'll bring fire to the table so if you're looking for good product, check them out. And my laugh flower old Score organics again, Emerald Fire, I said all three MFI old

school guys and law Yeah you said them all. Cope, you said them all multiple times, like because like did you say him this time? I don't know we're being specific, so I done? Yeah, so yeah, hell yeah, yeah yeah, all good stuff. Interesting. I was looking for one of those like little commercials we have, but I don't have any right now. I don't know where any of it is that I'm just deleted them all. Oh well, no big deal, So no commercials today.

But either way, you know, shout out to me connect puff if you're not familiar, we'll just give a little shout out because we're gonna play the commercial from the last event. But I can't find it, so I have no idea where it is. But they they do an event at hot Box Social uh and they're doing one the twenty seventh, right, yep, so we'll be there in the house. Check it out. We are Ancelinity sponsor.

It's Wednesday. Yeah. We like being an event. It's very cool, very B to B. It is pricey for like your average if you're just trying to like go hang out. So it's not your typical event where you're just trying to like go get high and chill. It's more of it. You're really trying to see what's going on with products that people have. Because they do you do, you can get hooked the hell up. Man Like, if you want to spend the money, you might get that much

in product. Maybe I don't know, but the thing is it's because a lot of times these people are trying you know, a lot of people are coming to try the products to see if they need to go pick up. You know, it's like Dispo's going to these brands. You know, it's it's really B to B. But it's really really really beneficial if you like own a company, I could see like being huge so huge. No, it's really it is really good grouping. Right. There's there's tons of retail

shops there. You're able to get your product in front of the managers, the purchasing managers that are purchasing the product. You get the sample, it mingle with some of the owners, even the executives of those companies or the smaller companies. It's a straight owner right. It's a good event. I will be shooting some content, you'll be seeing them in the story, and then we're posting it after. Like Ruby said, we've posted a couple of

the videos that you've probably seen on our socials. If you haven't, make sure you go follow us at my caniccast on every social YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, We're everywhere or should I say x on Twitter. And then also if you are listening obviously you're listening to this because it's our episode trump it hit that five star button on the review, especially if

you're at Apple or Spotify. It really helps the algorithm and boost our podcast ratings and gets us fat into other algorithms of people that listen to similar content. So please, if you don't mind, hit that five star. Much appreciated by Candid Dave. So, I actually think I might have found it because I'd like to actually play that because it is fun. I see if I found out, so I'm you know, I'm gonna redownload this. I

actually found the recap, So this I actually just had. I was trying to find that interview that I had that we had because I thought it was really cool to kind of showcase what people are doing in the brand but this is a nice little recap, so when that downloads, that'll be cool. Think it'll be cool. We'll see what it's like and have you I don't even know if you posted this yet, have you. I can't see what

you're looking. Yeah, yeah, fair enough, I'm about to find out right here we go, so I'll be just take a minute, go roll up real quick or get your dad ready while you watch this commercial. Because this is a really cool event. So check it out. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's funny. Dave saying we posted this and like honestly, sometimes we're pumping out so much of videos and content that it's like I was, like, did I have I seen this? Like I

was, I couldn't even recall. Well, actually, a great job. I really I really enjoyed that. Great job, Harry. I really enjoyed

that event. Man. It's really kick ass. Like I say, if you're just like trying to get stoned and like get it, get a bunch of free shit and leave, this isn't your event because like I said, and I kind of like that that they kind of keep out like that, like the people who are just trying to like grab and like leave, you know, it's like it's different compared to a lot of events that go on.

Well, no, it's worth an investment, though, like I said, it might it might seem pricey those people who are just trying to get a bunch of shit for free, you know, because that's not what it's about. It's about going there, investing in yourself or your brand and your dispo right going there and then going in you know all these companies and networking with all these CEOs, and you know, what kind of deals can we

cut for each other? What can we do for each other? Like if you're if you own a business in like the red the retail, like cannabis space, whether it's medical or wreck, I feel like you should be there because like it's just a good place to be and it's fun and everyone's puffing and like there is a lot of free ship and there's like dad bars, like it is all like a really fun event for that too. But the networking is huge. If you're looking at network, that's the event to be

at. Kid Facts. Glad you actually pulled that up. Go to weasels. That's good because in two weeks from today, actually no, that's next week from today. By yeah, he cause days the twentieth, twenty seventh, so it's in seven days. Actually, it's probably lie i'd be starting exactly at seven days. I think it starts out like around four twenty four thirty of them, not mistaken. That's when we released the episode, So it's really seven seven days away. So if you are going hit us in

a dam, let us know. And if you go to any other cannabis events, let us know. We're we go to a bunch of them. And if you're if we're ever at the one we're at, hit us up. Let us know. We're always down to blaze. I mean obviously, so we smoked some weed. Chill connect. That's we always like to connect the community and talking about So but let's jump into Michigan because I thought this

article was funny, not shots. So we've been taught. We've been hearing about all the ship that happened when we first went legal with licenses and all the cash and everything, the briberies. So now we hear former speaker received commercial sex as bribes for medical marijuana license. Fed says. This is from the Freep dot Com to Detroit Free Press the Freep free as whatsa no no, no, no, I just I've never heard of he's shortened. Yeah, yeah, it's on the freep. I got free press. But I

just so this guy. Yeah so. Former Michigan House Speaker Rick Johnson received thousands of dollars worth of commercial sex with sex workers as bribes during his time as chair of the now defunct Michigan Medical Marijuana Licensing Board. According to federal court filing publishers of last Thursday, Johnson and three other individuals have been charged and pled guilty to federal corruption chargers in the Bribery Stream bribery scheme. The

first one, john Daily, received twenty eight months in federal jail. The Key and team, though he had no involvement with the sex worker air quotes. I don't know, probably not true. Then here's where I could just

watched. Yeah, this is this is the best part of According to the sentencing memo file by federal prosecutors in Johnson's case, Johnson demanded and received at least one hundred and ten thousand dollars in bribes while he was MMLLB chair, including cash payments, a twenty thousand dollars loan with no repayment terms or demand flights on private aircrafts and thousands of dollars worth of commercial sex with women in the doll entertainment industry. Are you shocked by this? No, I'm really

not because this stuff we knew goes around. I'm not shocked by it. He faces at least seventy one months in prison and has to pay the hundred and ten thousand dollars back, and he could also face up to a maximum sentence of ten years. Well, so answer your question, no, not shocked man. Not within the Marijuan, and not with cannabis, because cannabis has always been like a black any industry man, anything with money, anything

with any power, like this shit's gonna happen. There's kickbacks in Everything's what I'm saying, specially with cannabis is because when it was opening with licenses, there's only a limited amount there giving out, so everybody was going to do whatever they could to get a license. So on my mind, you're gonna pay, and you're gonna do that, And some companies didn't feel like lobbying has been around for so long, isn't that all? I mean, lobbying

is just a fancy word for kissing ass. But this is bribery. I know, I no, I mean, yeah, sort of. But I just don't really believe that there's that much good lobbying going on, true lobbying. I think a lot of lobbying is just blanketing the briberies that are going on. I truly think there's a lot more kickbacks. I don't think there is true lobbying anymore that I don't. That's my paranoid to disagree with that a little bit. It's cool, that's cool, And that's the reason why

I bring up the MMA or the MCMA. We were lobbying here to get them out and they broke and went down. They were like, I didn't say all lots. I know, I'm giving you. That's why side disagree a little bit. That's why I was bringing this up, was because the MCMA was lobbying to make sure that they can take out all the caregivers and everything, and there's always outliers. I'm talking about in general. Yeah you

know so, but interesting just wanted to bring that up. And it's good to see that because if you're paying to get in the industry and you weren't getting the license and you did all this to do it, that guy should go to jail. I mean, he screwed over people that probably deserved the license, over companies that kind of license I didn't need one. So yep, yep. A lot of backdoor businesses, business stuff with lobbying and briberies, and honestly, like I said, man, like, I'm not surprised

at all. No either. I'm sure the higher upset Walmart get taken out and maybe like, hey, we bought jerseys for your coach for your your son's team on football, because whatever, because they want to get their product in the store. Like, dude, there's a lot of bullshit that goes on in every industry. I just think this is like funny because he just straight up took hookers and stress sex workers. Like I feel like most people

just get straight cash. It's like not traceable. This guy was taking everything, Like that's what I mean. Like he's like yeah, sure, sure, sure, sure, why not. He probably thought he was untouchable. Some of these higher ups think they're untouchable. Yeah. Well, it's good to see that he's getting this time either seventy one months or up to ten years, So that's that's a long time in federal prison. Does not sound like fun. It's like five to ten years something there, right, Yeah,

yeah, something like that. Geez, that sucks, dude. Yeah, minimum, you can't do the time, do the crime whatever, don't do the crime if you don't want to do the time. Other than that, man, that's pretty much all I got. Those are a bunch of articles I had. The review was pretty good. They're organic. Looking forward to trying some more. U. The rescheduling is interesting, Like we talked

about what we see it happen here soon. I mean I could see that happening quicker than I safe banking happening, and then because once that happened, safe banking is pretty much gone because they can get loans and everything, Like it makes sense and why they're trying to push this because they can't get nothing done, so like let's just do this. But also this is this is the quickest way to make money. So I feel like that's why it's being

pushed through. And I don't necessarily, like I said, it's it's kind of why I'm a little like not necessarily like, oh this sucks. It's just like it's hidden in like shittier values where like a lot of times I feel or not a lot of times these other things like descheduling or like the

safe thing, and they were really just wrapped and peered good. And I feel like that's why it's like it's really hard for things to be when people just like want good and the other people don't understand the industry because they're like, well, there's no money to be made, no business, business, business, or these robotic fucking people that don't think, you know, about

something being bigger than just a dollar sign. And like, don't me wrong, I understand, like, you know, you gotta make money, but like you know, yeah, I mean maybe in the beginning you could just get into weaed and make money. But now it's like if you don't have that passion or that drive for really high quality stuff, it's like, don't come in, like, don't get in the industry. You're just gonna be shit out now there's so much competition. I guess I just didn't understand why.

All right, yeah, crazy right, Yeah, it's pretty fucking help through. We'll see what happens. I mean, that's why we're here. We continue to talk about it and see what happens within the industry. Look forward to see you like afford to see everyone in this Saturday Live for the Weaking Bake. Yeah, and if you missed last week's you missed out on a really cool giveaway fifty cents.
