Episode description

Caroline and Eva discuss summer camp from its origins, traditions, and to how it impacted their childhoods. Polar opposites - the "city kid," Caroline, was homesick, nerdy and bounced from one camp to another while suburban and sporty, Eva, was an all star camper who loved every minute of her time away. Sleepaway camp looks different today — prepping for camp can feel more like preparing for spring break with the Bezos. Must haves are no longer just bug spray and ratty clothes ... the essentials now include monogrammed stationery boxes, personalized bedding and MOST IMPORTANTLY bedazzled skincare-filled caboodles. Be prepared to laugh and remember the awkward or special moments of summer camp.
