“Rotterdam is maybe the most American like city of the Netherlands” Geert Kloppenburg and Chris Bruntlett (DCE) speak to urban planner José Besselink and cycling specialist Bart Christiaens of the municipality of Rotterdam. They speak about what makes Rotterdam different from other Dutch cities, how they are trying to get all the inhabitants of Rotterdam on a bike and why people it is hard for people to cross the big river that divides the city.
