As a mother and chronic illness warrior, Christine knows how hard it can be to take care of yourself and your family when life gets tough. Coping with one health crisis after another – cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and, most recently, long COVID – has equipped her with a toolbox that she shares with others facing their own times of stress. Christine's wish is that everyone has a life and a career that makes them excited to get out of bed in the morning.
Her book, Deal with It, Doll! Coaching Yourself Through Crisis was published in January of this year. Inspired by the pandemic and the lessons learned from her health journey, Deal with It, Doll! is a timely resource to help you grow through change and deal with life’s many curveballs with resilience, confidence, and hope.
