I hope you have a feeling word , and it is good to have a strong feeling word , because if you express yourself with a strong feeling word , it will most definitely be able to share and show onto people what is actually going on with you , without you even having to explain , because what I'm hoping is that someone will ask you okay , well , what got you so
uptight ? You know what got you so , you know , happy , so insightful , so relaxed or so calm at this time ? You know that's if you're around people that want to integrate . You know conversation . But anyhow , let's get to it . What do I want to do about it ? This is the second question pertaining to processing your thoughts and your feelings .
This is a question that needs to be answered . What do I want to do about it ? And hey , it can be some intrusive thoughts Intrusive . It's a reason why it's intrusive .
So , if you have intrusive thoughts , it's good to be able to express what is going on with you on paper , because you get to look it over , you get to read it over , you get to say , okay , now , maybe I shouldn't be thinking about that , you know , and it's okay . We all have intrusive thoughts , we all have automatic thoughts and they just come .
But you do have to sit down and process those thoughts . Don't be trying to hide them , don't be trying to internalize them . So the question is what do I want to do about it ? If you want to do something unhealthy , like I said just a second ago , write it down so you can process what you want to do .
That is so unhealthy Because you want to figure out what is inside of me that's making me feel like this is the way to go . Okay , because evidently it's coming out . It's what I'm thinking . So what got me feeling this way ? What coming up for me underneath this means Because your heart is going to tell on you . It really is .
You sit down writing on that paper and you try to figure out what it is that you want to do about the situation that you have no control over . You most definitely are going to tell on yourself , but be honest about it .
Be honest about it because you do want to process what is going on with you as far as that thing that you want to do about it , even if it's unhealthy , even if it's unsafe , even if it's self-destructive , write it down Because I do want you to see it .
I do want you to read it , I want you to look at it and I want you to ask yourself what got me here . What got me here ? Because is this the way that God want me to be ? You have to ask these questions and you have to answer them .
So if you find yourself saying , okay , god , is this how God want me to be , is this what God intended for me to do with my life ? And you sit up there and you ask yourself that question , go ahead and answer it . Let the spirit side of you answer for you . Let that part of you answer that question , because you do need to answer it .
No , this is not what God had intended for you . What does Jeremiah 29 , 11 , say ? Okay , you can even put them scriptures up in there too , baby . Put them scriptures up in there , because you're going to have to , because what we want to do about things is that's the flesh talking . Of course it is . Of course it is .
But that's why , when you're sitting down and you're processing these thoughts , you do have to look at it , and you do have to look at it from a spiritual eye as well as a psychological eye , because you want to know what is going on with you , negative feelings and negative thoughts about yourself , about certain situations that's going on around you that you cannot
control . Yes , you need to be processing it . You need to be asking yourself is this what God intended for me ? Is this what God wants me to do with my life ? Is this how God wants me to live my life , with all of these negative feelings and all of these negative thoughts ?
And you make sure that you put those scriptures in there , because the spiritual side of you is there . You are a three-part being Spirit , soul and body baby . So you got to address it . You have to . It is who we are . We're human beings , all day , every day , 24-7 . Human beings . So , until the next episode , I want you to be kind to yourself .
Be kind , okay , have some grace , but also be kind to others .
