The title says it all in this episode. I ran into my ex at my first half-marathon race in the fall of 2019, believing it was a coincidence when eventually I found out it wasn't.

Few people believed me that he stalked me, but eventually, I was validated by Allie Davis, an Ecofeminist Therapist with a Ph.D. in developmental trauma who has helped many women heal from psychological and physical violence.
