Garrett McCoy is a good friend of the show and we are excited to present this episode. Garrett and Patrick have gotten to know one another at Kodawari Studios in Tampa, Fl through their yoga and sauna practices. Both men have sat in the other's sauna sessions, discussed life and "The Hero's Journey" many times and these moments have grown into a fruitful friendship.
