Summary
After an unexpected career promotion, Veronica receives devastating news: her childhood friend, Sophia, has died in a diving accident, and her body is lost in a treacherous underwater cave. Veronica and her team return to the isolated island of Sinclair to retrieve Sophia, but face immediate resistance from Sophia's wealthy family and the presence of a mysterious "support team."
