عشرت خطرا ہے دریا میں فنا ہو جانا 
درد کا حد سے گزرنا ہے دوا ہو جانا   

Khusru dariya prem ka, Ulti baaki dhaar.

Jo utara so doob gaya, Jo dooba so paar.

खुसरो दरिया प्रेम का, उल्टी वाकी धार !

जो उबरा सो डूब गया, जो डूबा सो पार !!
