Digital Self Care

There’s a lot of talk right now about “self-care.” Most is about physical actions that refresh the body and soul, but what does this look like digitally? I recently started purging old social media posts, and the feeling of freedom is extraordinary. No one needs to know what I publicly tweeted my old friends back in 2012, and many neighboring tweets in that era are thoroughly embarrassing!! Giving myself a clean slate in this area is both a freedom and a blessing.
