Irina Dzhambazova is the Head of Marketing at Boundless, a premium Employer of Record on a mission to employ every distributed worker the right and compliant way. As part of her job, she aims to educate employers on how to employ cross-border employees and what to expect of the relationship with an Employer of Record. Prior to Boundless, Irina ran content at a variety of tech and startup organisations. She is based in Dublin, Ireland but living the flexible ethos of Boundless, she spends time working remotely from digital nomad hubs around the world.
