Episode description

This meditation allows us to increase our ability to use our 5 senses and recognize how our body is feeling. This meditation usually helps us relax and naturally let go of tension in the body as we become aware of it.

This recording is an assignment from my 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training with the Veda Center. The original script is licensed, and this recording was created from my memory and heart.
