#91 - Meditation: Natural Breath
Episode description
Practicing this Anapana Breathing meditation helps us move from reactive auto-pilot mode to a more responsive and expansive way of being. This is a longer and more advanced meditation than what I usually post. Don't get frustrated if you can't focus or feel the urge to stop and do something while meditating to the breath. Don't worry, take it easy. Take your time to practice in this training ground, that is suitable for everyone.
This recording is an assignment from my 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training with the Veda Center. The original script is licensed, and this recording was created from my memory and heart.
