#75 - Meditation: Mindfulness Meditation Community
Episode description
This meditation is based on the 5th pillar of Mindfulness: "Non-judging of inner experience" or not evaluating our thoughts and feelings as good or bad.
Why is this practice useful? We often could be hard on ourselves and blame ourselves for the feelings we have. We believe if our thoughts and emotions are bad, they are irrational, inappropriate, and shameful. Our thoughts are just momentary experience, they do not define who we are.
