Episode description

Did you know that if we have pain that is not soothed or nurtured, it may become a source of trauma that affects our daily lives? In this episode, Jourdan Hussein, Executive and Life Coach, shares his journey from experiencing his own challenges and explains about trauma more holistically. He helps us understand the origin of trauma, how to discover it by paying attention to our daily behaviors and coping mechanisms, and once discovered, how to heal our trauma.
