#46 - Meditation: Mindfully Describing Our Thoughts and Emotions

This meditation is made to strengthen the second pillar of mindfulness, 'Describing', based on the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, used in the scientific world to measure self-reported mindfulness of subjects (https://bit.ly/3kbNTgp).
In 9-minutes, we practice how to label our internal experience such as thoughts and emotions into words. With time and practice, you may feel an increased capability in finding better words to describe your feelings, beliefs, opinion, and even expectations to words and in considerable detail.
This meditation combines both focused attention and open awareness, and best experienced using earphones.
