#41 - Meditation: Observe Your Thoughts and Emotions
Episode description
This meditation is made to strengthen the first pillar of mindfulness, 'Observing', based on the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, used in the scientific world to measure self-reported mindfulness of subjects (https://bit.ly/3kbNTgp).
We learn the ability to 'observe' our internal experience. This meditation is to recognize our thoughts (memories, impressions, imaginations, planning) and our emotions (feelings, bodily sensation) and observe it in both focused attention and open awareness.
