This meditation is a form of moving meditation, where you learn how to meditate without the more traditional sitting pose or laying down.
You may want to do this meditation when you are feeling stressed, anxious, with nervous energy, or just as a mix to your sitting meditation practice.
You can do this walking meditation either indoors or outdoors. However, bonus points to do it safely outdoors to breathe in some fresh air as a break from your daily activities.
I hope this meditation will serve you well, to be aware of the present moment, to practice having an intention in the things you do, and to see the good things in life.
