Quarantine has forced us to be even more mindful and creative about how we spend our day. In this episode, Thomas Fratkin, shares how he maintains his well-being with a routine called ‘Mind-Body-Soul-Spirit-Human Connection’, and how to cultivate a state of Flow by discussing what actually happens in our brain in that state. You can learn more about the neuroscience of Flow in this video (https://bit.ly/2DwIMbu).
