Happy Black Restaurant Week, Memphis! With a small idea and 100 boxes of macaroni and cheese, Pops Kernel popped onto the scene. This small side hustle quickly turned into 1,400 bags of popcorn for one event, then being featured in the City Tasting’s Majority Box.
