This weeks episode is a little different, a little on the chill side. I've been going through some interesting seasons of my life this past year, some more difficult then others. I don't know if there's just something in the air or what but there's been some high high's and some low low's. It's hard to surprise me with the amount of craziness that's been thrown my way...maybe that's a good thing, I don't know lol. Even though it's been hard and it continues to be, I find comfort in my faith, my friends and my family and I hope talking about some of the things I've learned along the way and wisdom I've gained can help you as well.
