At the start of the year we always make resolutions, but hardly any of us actually stick to them. Over the years I’ve always made resolutions/goals that were either unrealistic or too basic. Either way I never stuck to them. Yikes. Why’s that? I wasn’t hungry for it. My mind wasn’t in that right place, I wasn’t motivated and I found every single possible way to avoid doing.
