In this episode, AV and I discuss mental health in the black community and how it affected him. AV shares his story about his past and how certain events took a toll on his mental health. Growing up, we were always told not to show our emotions. You were not allowed to let people know you you are going through stuff. There a lot of people offering help as well as platforms for people to speak up about. Enough is enough! It is about time we speak up about it and educate the older generation. It is about time we stand up and make a change before it's too late.
