In this episode, Rashaad and I discuss alternative ways to stay fit. When we think of exercise, we think of going for a run, jog or a walk. There is so much more to do to stay fit and healthy. Alternative exercise activities are trampolining, boxing, swimming, pole dancing and the list goes on. Incorporating some exercise in our lives is so crucial at a young age. Not everyone wants to go to the gym, that is perfectly fine.
