Episode description

hiiiiiiiii!!!! in today's episode, we're talking about some lessons that i have been learning in my era of solitude. low-key a continuation of the last episode, but the message isn't so romance focused.

at your best, you are love. this was a lonely month, but i RARELY felt alone. instead of submitting to the negative emotions associated with being isolated and alone, i made intentional time for myself as well as nurtured my crafts because that is where i found true love and contentment.
the amount of things i learned about myself this past month (february) was super uncomfortable at times...but extremely beneficial to my continuous growth as a person. lol, look y'all, the journal pages were written this month okay??

this wasn't the most important thing i realized, but what i will share is that seeking community to not feel alone will never fulfill you like creating your own.

find love in yourself, it's the one relationship you can't run from. 💌

book I reference:
"Healing Through Words" by Rupi Kaur.
here's a link to purchase via amazon: https://a.co/d/aZoGDFz
i have gifted and referred this book to so many people, because it really has been super helpful in helping me discover parts of myself that i've ignored and suppressed. she breaks it down into four categories; hurting, loving, breaking and healing. idk, i enjoy the depth of self-discovery, and i think that you could too....no matter how uncomfortable it may get.
