Rendlesham Forest

On December 26, 1980 John Burroughs was on patrol near the RAF Woodbridge Air force base near the Rendlesham Forest when he spotted flashing lights coming from the near by forest. Burroughs report was ignored until the next night when the lights returned. That night a full fledged investigation began. The Air Force officers would encounter a large triangular craft with mysterious glyphs on the ship. One of the unsuspecting soldiers received a strange encoded message when he touched the craft, changing his life forever. Many more sightings and strange lights and crafts were reported days and weeks after the encounter. These occurrences propelled the base, surrounding town and all the officers involved into an web of conspiracy, mysterious sickness, hushed stories and much more. This case has now become known as the “Rendlesham Forest Incident” also known as England’s Roswell. This week we tell the story and dig into the mysterious story surrounding Englands biggest and most documented UFO sighting.
